Re: C&K: The 'D' Word. Part #17
Their overall gain seems to match the loss, so they aren't losing many over the course of the month. One month recently their losses out stripped their gains. I think as long as they are staying relatively even, they are telling themselves it's ok.

Re: C&K: The 'D' Word. Part #17
I'm not very familiar with these stat websites. Is this information in the screenshot a couple of posts ago (I couldn't post it) showing they have made $20-$314 as of Feb 13. 2018 from YouTube videos? So if the trend continues, the most they'll make from YouTube videos for the month of February is approx. $600??HelloSweetie wrote:How do they not care that they are losing subs?

Re: C&K: The 'D' Word. Part #17
Based on the screenshot, they are averaging $732-$11,700 a month. People say it's usually closer to the lower end of the middle of these ranges, so somewhere around $5,000 a month. This doesn't include sponsorships and ads they do. No idea what a company would pay a channel their size for an ad that will get ~25K views.auntasaurus19 wrote:I'm not very familiar with these stat websites. Factoring in paying for private health insurance for a family of 4, and taxes, I don't know how they can afford to live the lifestyle they show in the vlogs.

The yearly would be $7k to $110k US. Most likely less than $5k a month.
They probably won’t get too much from other sponsors of their numbers continue to look as unattractive as they do. Brands don’t want to get on board with a channel that is noticeably losing viewers. It’s a sign of controversy or problems.

They financed $512,000 for that house which means their mortgage including property insurance etc. is around $3,000 per month.
Edit: They also took out a $55,000 line of credit at the same time as the other mortgage - I assume for upgrades to the house.

Re: C&K: The 'D' Word. Part #17
Katie's on Instastories at 9pm recording Gaines sick with a fever. Gaines so tired and not feeling well that she can't complete a coherent sentence and is literally asking her mom why she decided to keep her up. Her reason? To make sure the fever goes down... ??????? What? Put your daughter to bed. Does she not understand the importance of sleep at all?
Re: C&K: The 'D' Word. Part #17
Besides that fever needs to kick some virus ass. I hate how they always give them fever reducer as soon as they spike a temp

Poor kid, she looks miserable too. I understand worrying about your sick kid and needing to keep an eye on her fever, I however don't understand the reaction to that being she's so tired and delerious, let me post this on Instagram stories and then put her to bed.askeptichere wrote:Katie's on Instastories at 9pm recording Gaines sick with a fever. She only cares about the importance of HER sleep. Who cares what time the kids go to bed.askeptichere wrote:Katie's on Instastories at 9pm recording Gaines sick with a fever. Dang, Britney didn't wait long to start drinking the hard stuff again.
I feel bad about the baby issue, but she certainly doesn't know how to be healthy. She's somewhat overweight and lazy! She even mentioned that she'd missed eating candy all the time and hated to eat salads for the few weeks she was pregnant.
She's definitely a female Cullen!

I knew that one of the kids would be sick after the science center thing they went to. Next she will be complaining about Brooks being sick. Maybe if the kids had a better bedtime and what not they would be less sick. Maybe their immune system is down sort of for the lack of sleep schedule.

Re: C&K: The 'D' Word. Part #17
The only thing that makes me defend them on this is personal experience. My daughter would go from zero to 105 in MINUTES. Her body sometimes would not even respond to cycling ibuprofen and tylenol. After experiencing febrile seizures AFTER administering fever reducers, I would NEVER risk it with my kids. I do wait until it gets over 101... bc i do know that low grade fevers are productive, but after that... hell no, I won't risk it. I just can't snark on anyone using a fever reducer for anything over 100..Baconsgirl wrote:Besides that fever needs to kick some virus ass. I don't understand her keeping MG awake to make sure the fever was gone. They have a forehead thermometer, it's not like she's got to wake her up and check it rectally. Let her sleep, (even if it's on the couch or whatever, closer to them than upstairs. Stick her on the couch in the playroom while they are in the living room) wake her up if meds are needed. If she's that sick she wont even remember getting woken anyway

Re: C&K: The 'D' Word. Part #17
She was blaming herself. She wasn't complaining. She said "I was even eating salads, i haven't eaten hardly any candy, and i love candy.." She was blaming herself in grief, not complaining about eating healthier. It make me feel awful for her. Yes, being healthy is more than just eating salads and not eating candy, but the poor girl was not in her right frame of mind when she said that and looking to her own actions as reasons, she was not complaining about having to eat healthy. She has even said she is excited about having her own garden so she can walk outside and pick her own salad for lunch out of her yard. I don't think she is THAT upset about eating salads, it was her beating herself up and trying to say that she was doing what she thought was good and right for the baby.RootBeerFloatie wrote:Woah woah woah hold up.ewokfan11 wrote:Dang, Britney didn't wait long to start drinking the hard stuff again.

And if Britney is "somewhat overweight" then i'm a fucking hippo. The girl just lost a baby, i don't think now is the best time to body shame her.. damn.. some callous ass people.

Ok, that makes sense. I honestly tune out whenever Brittany is in the vlog.Playsinrain wrote:She was blaming herself. She wasn't complaining.
