I had my paci until I was like 3.5. Mostly because my parents didn’t know how developmentally delayed I actually was going to be. So I feel Brooks can a little more time with his.

I think Brooks is totally at a fine age to have a pacifier, but I do agree it's a bit much for him to have it in his mouth all day long. Naps/bedtime/cranky times is when my kids were allowed theirs at his age. My thumb sucker didn't talk nearly as soon or as well as the ones with pacifiers because you can't take a thumb away like you can the paci.

I think they pop it in the minute he starts fussing. And since according to Katie, he fusses a lot, he has the binky a lot. But then she complains that he's not talking as much as Gaines did, or that he shuts up as soon as the camera is on. But he can't really talk with that in his mouth. And don't boys generally develop speech more slowly than girls?

I agree about the pacifier I think they let him keep it to minimize the fussiness since he is such a difficult child. I got rid of my youngest sons at 19 months but before that he knew he had to leave it in the crib just for naps and bedtime. He would take it out of his mouth and throw it down the the crib before I even asked him to.

Brooks was wearing this pacifier in the vlog today. Very telling of why he has it in his mouth 24/7. I recognize the design they never showed it up close in the vlog.

You guys don’t exaggerate. Just to switch stuff up, I tried watching the vlog. Katie starts complaining about Brooks temperament while Gaines starts crying in the background. No thanks. I think they’re a lost cause for me. Never liked them to begin with, probably won’t ever now. Lol

yeah it is gross that he did that, but you are right. I have a friend that works at the eye dept of costco, she has to disinfect them every day.

Does Katie ever complain about Gaines the way she does Brooks? I don't watch them as in depth as I used to, but I definitely notice a lot of clips that are ended abruptly because Gaines starts crying or whining. But it seems like Brooks is the only one they talk about when it comes to that? I have a cousin who is like that with her kids. The older child, the girl, can do no wrong while the younger little boy is always complained about.

No. Katie never complains about Gaines. She only praises her. I stopped watching their vlogs several weeks ago because of all the complaints about Brooks yet Gaines is perfect. I found it too hard to watch their feeble attempts at trying not to show their preference for Gaines. I miss watching the kids because they are precious, but seeing Katie raising Gaines to become a narcissist is sad. I just hope Katie realizes what she is doing soon or at least before Brooks is old enough to realize the favoritism. And I shouldn't blame it all on Katie. Cullen is just as guilty as she is.

Katie’s latest IG story shows just how much they let Gaines push Brooks out of the spotlight. I’m sorry but she’s just obnoxious. It isn’t cute.

And she really needs a haircut.

I agree about her needing a haircut. With it so long and flat, it really doesn't do her little face any justice. It would look super cute at shoulder length and would frame her face nicely. I've always felt the same about Bonnie Hoellein's daughter Olivia (though she seems happy with her hair)

OMG Katie seriously bought those shoes in every color? How many pairs of shoes did she have in her cart? And she just got a big bag of shoes from Emily this week. I don’t care if they were $1. A 3 year old doesn’t need that many shoes.

Yes!!! The length of her hair has bothered me for quite some time. Glad I'm not the only one :)

She also bought at least half a dozen pairs of shoes for Gaines last month.
