I'd love to hear about that amazing recovery. I have a family member who is having a hysterectomy in a couple weeks and her dr said that recovery is 4-6 weeks with absolutely no lifting or being super active for at least 4 weeks. She can't go back to work for 6 weeks and she has a desk job.

Seriously! I overdid it and opened my incision. And woke up one morning on the bathroom floor with the blow dryer going. I think I passed out drying my hair.
