One reason why she keeps posting it is exactly because she doesn't have a thick skin or secondly because she wants praise for her thick skin. I think it is a combo of those two. She is lying to herself that she has a thick skin and requires validation as the insecure human being she is. Being insecure isn't something to be ashamed of.
