Rock climbing seems like it would be great exercise for building muscle, but Vanessa doesn’t even go that often enough I think to be building a ton of muscle. And if she was her weight wouldn’t have dropped so much because muscle weighs the same as fat. She would look leaner but the scale wouldn’t have dropped that quickly. I could maybe believe it if she was doing a ton of cardio everyday, but she doesn’t so the logical assumption is that she’s just been starving herself and the phen being an appetite suppressant helps her do that without cravings.

As an obese person , I hope Vanessa can maintain the weight loss and always be at a weight she is okay with. I really do. But chances she will regain the weight and then some. That's what happens to about 95% of people who go on some kind of calorie-restricted diet. ( I think those who do bariatric surgery do better in keeping weight off)

Every time she goes on a diet, she is permanently changing her metabolism so that her body requires fewer calories. (That's what researchers discovered when they analyzed the metabolisms of participants in the show "The Biggest Loser". Years later the participant's calorie needs were still incredibly low so that even when they were eating balanced normal calorie intake, they gained weight. When they exercised moderately, they still gained weight.)

The human body is so goddamn tricky when it comes to diets; it will fight to conserve every calorie. Anyway I do hope she gets off the diet treadmill and just focuses on eating well. (lots of veg, moderate amount fruit, drink water, healthy fats and proteins, avoid added sugar products, home-cook your meals)

I honestly hope she doesn’t maintain the weight and blows up like a fucking balloon. She deserves it because she is an awful mother, always faking everything and treating lily like shit for no reason at all. She is a bitch and a shitty person, just fake fake fake. It must be sad having to fake every aspect of your life. This hole weight loss thing has made her feel like she is better than everyone and her ego is high as a skyscraper. Honestly, I hope she doesn’t maintain the weight because she has been lying like crazy, we know she doesn’t eat like that and drinks soda like it’s crack or something. So her meth addict ass can go find a job so that her husband doesn’t have to support her Rae Dunn and meth addiction, despicable human being she is. Go feed your daughter something else than eggs and strawberries Fatnessa.

I hope she gains back every pound and about 50 extra pounds on top of it. Shes a stupid lying bitch. Fuck Vanessa. I hope she gains so much weight that David geta disgusted and leaves her scab-picking ass and finds a bombshell to make her feel even more like shit. Yep.....sure do.

Ice is water, though.. it melts. Putting ice in your water doesn't make your water not count. lol I mean just as long as you are drinking it as it melts or eating the ice afterwards, if she dumps the ice out then i get it.

Sparkling Ice drinks don't have any sugar. It's just carbonated water with flavoring. I'm sure naturally flavoring your water is still much better for you though

Your body typically craves nutrients that it needs in forms that it's familiar with. So if you're craving a pizza you may need carbs and fat, so choose a healthier version like avocado toast.

When I am craving sweets. I have a spoon of peanut butter. Just a small one not a huge glob. It takes away any cravings for sweets.

My biggest cravings and I ALWAYS indulge are soda and redbulls. I hate it. I was soooo good during my last pregnancy with completely cutting out redbulls and cutting back on soda. But then my son was born and it all went out the window :( help me!! lol

I don’t crave fast foods but sweets, chocolate and such. I replace it with raisins, one or two will do! I eat them everytime I crave something sweet, that, or a banana!

Because I'm a type 2 diabetic I had to let go of added sugar products, carbohydrates like pasta, rice, bread, crackers and fruit in order to control my blood sugar levels. All I can say is that it took me about a year of repeated attempts to get rid of the craving for processed carbs. Then the craving just gradually stopped; I could go past the bread and pasta aisle without going nuts. I eat a piece of fruit about once a month and I'm fine with that. But it took a while to get to this point.
