I think they look a lot a like but I don’t think that’s Airabella. Bella doesn’t have a gap between her teeth and the little girl in the picture does it looks like.

Unless the photo was edited so strongly they made her look like a different person, it's not her. I don't think it looks like her at all except the colouring.

Yes. The rule is they have to be 5 to use the high back booster, I believe.
