I guess I'm in the minority here as I think Ashley is a pretty woman. A pretty young woman (I'm in my sixties *ahem*) but that makes it all the sadder to me how much make-up she wears. And if she colours her hair she should stop it, IMO, and enjoy her natural beauty while it lasts. The emphasis on appearance does really bother me. It applies only to the females in the family but it comes first every single time, it seems, with the children and with Ashley (make-up at the beach??)

I know it's not uncommon for women to emphasize their appearance so although I don't like it, I can accept it. But to stress the appearance of young children above everything else is just wrong, and damaging to their development. They should be learning and exploring at this age, becoming individual little people to themselves and to other people in their lives, but although T and A talk about their different personalities, the kids are treated as a unit all the time. They receive the same toys, wear the same clothes, etc. The thing is, both sides of the family are nearby so what I would do in their shoes is encourage the relatives to take one child at a time for a sleep-over or some other activity. They could have been doing this since fairly early on and that alone would make such a difference to the kids' development. Imagine if all the members of their large extended family had developed one-on-one relationships with the FF! They might even not be the FF any more.

Sorry for going on---I'm depressing myself so I'll stop.

More than a year ago Tyson said on a Lie Feed that one child could never even go spend the night at their grandmother's house alone. At the very least, each twin pair would have to go together.

I am not familiar with the details of their church leadership) saw her purple hair and short shorts and had a chat with them? they are such hypocrites. i’m pretty sure purple hair and clown makeup don’t adhere to the mormon rules of “modesty” as they say. somebody please correct me if i’m wrong but aren’t unnatural looking appearances a bit frowned upon? would those shorts cover her undergarments? but yeah, they really shouldn’t be educating people on their faith when they can’t even comply with simple rules tied to it.

This has been going on for quite awhile, and it still cracks me up every single time we call him Tyler. For one thing, he doesn't even deserve to be referred to at all, but if we must do so for snark purposes, it ain't gonna be by his given name. The other thing that makes me laugh about it is that it isn't a bad name,just a wrong name. I'm glad it makes others laugh, too.
