I personally think it is a good idea. If you compare footage of when Lily started school to now she has made great strides. She used to be very far behind and now she is just a bit behind. I think the extra year will help her be more on track with other kids.

Vanessa is damn near giddy about her being held back as if that’s something to celebrate, saying she also got left back.
Lily will always be delayed no matter how many times she gets held back or what class age group they put her in and she has to accept that.

Vanessa is a pathetic human being, the fact that she has her small child in summer school 2 summers in a row shows she wants her out of the way.
She can literally teach her things her damn self everyday at home if she gave a fuck. I’m sure her doctors/teachers have told her things she can do at home to help her.
But no let’s ship her off to “summer camp” so I can lazy it up all day, hunt for Rae Dunn crap & parade around my “normal” child and have lunches with Dani/Britney everyday.

I think continuing her in school but in a special education class would be more beneficial but her school would know which is better for her

Can I just ask, I know you’re being “sarcastic” but what’s the purpose? Are you trying to irritate people or looking for some kind of reaction?

The reason why I ask is bc there was another poster on the KK and OK threads (similar name too, Rachel something) posting about how beautiful Keren’s skin was and other weird shit that was obviously just trying to get a rise out of people. I know you’ve been around for a while and I’ve always enjoyed your posts but ever since V was forced into admitting she lied about donating, you’ve been singing her praises. I’m sorry if there’s a reason for all this and it’s just going right over my head but I’m genuinely curious.

I rather Lily be in summer school every single summer for the rest of her school age years than to be at home being ignored by her mother and having the tv be her babysitter. Atleast in summer school she gets positive attention even if it's only for 3/4 hours a day. Plus there is nothing harmful about summer school for her education. Even if the work is repetitive from the regular school year Lily can keep her mind working and retaining the information.

I teach Kindergarten a few states away from V. In my County, if a child has an IEP for Behavioral or academic support and it has been proven that the child would have a significant regression during the summer- they are recommended for extended school year (ESY). There are a few ESY sites throughout the county and the children are assigned based on where they live. Usually, transportation and meals are provided. It sounds like exactly what Lily will be doing. Then, repeating a year of kindergarten would be the best option for her. She is small and way more than six months to one year behind her peers. If Lily was in my school we would be doing the same exact thing. It is interesting that V is trying to act like this was her idea... I also doubt she fully understands the IEP process or what it entails.
