Agreed. I also thought it was weird that when they initially left the house she said they left him in their bedroom because it was cooler up there. Then when they came home for the night, she mentioned they were sleeping downstairs on the couch because it was way cooler down there. This vlog also just reconfirmed there are definitely some issues between Rachelle's mom and Justin. First they were for sure gonna go to her mom's- then they went somewhere else... even though her mom's house was closer. Once they got home and realized the power was still out she said they were going to sleep at her mom's, but then they didn't. Something is definitely going on there.

Not really, there could be DOZENS of reasons they don’t get along.

As a mom of a girl who is only a year or so younger than Rachelle, I definitely would have issues with Justin, just due to the speediness of their relationship. They only dated for 6 months before he joined the military and the relationship jumped into hyperspeed. Anyone who doesn't think my daughter is worth waiting for or who doesn't feel like she deserves the respect of a romantic "courtship", isn't worthy of my respect in my opinion. Then when you add Rachelle's mental instability, my opinion of his as a mom would decrease even more because I'd just feel like he was taking advantage of her for his own selfish need to feel important. From what I've seen of him and his attitude, I wouldn't like him as a son in law AT ALL. But in fairness, I'm guessing his parents hate her just as much. They don't live nearby to see that, but I would hate her as a daughter in law even more than I'd hate him as a son in law.

Seriously! What were they thinking?! He doesn't have a college degree, correct? How did they think he could support the family? California is a very hard state to work and raise a family without a degree or some kind of skill set. It seemed like such a rush decision to get out... most likely Rachelle's decision. He should have been looking long before he got out and he really should have stayed in and tried to pursue training in a field or a degree of some kind. Their channel should be called "Children Raising Child(ren)".
I dont know what he did in the navy but if he was an engine-man like my husband was there is a HIGH demand for them if you want to turn wrenches and they start out with better pay then some people with a college degree .. Because NO one is going into trades and everyone is going to college even though some people dont belong in college. So there is a high demand in those fields and they are paying top dollar. i dont know what Justin did in the navy though.. My guess he was a desk guy though. He doesnt look like someone who likes hard work.

Which is all the more reason why his decision to separate is so stupid! There’s not a civilian equivalent to his job and he has no degree or other marketable skills, that’s all he has to offer as far as job experience and there isn’t a civilian sector job that would benefit from that experience. You’re supposed to start the process of separating 15 months in advance so why the hell did they think that would be a good time to have a baby and not work hard to line up a job before he got out??

Oh I agree I mean he could clean guns at a gun range that's pretty much it lol. California is a pretty liberal state gun activies aren't exactly a popular thing to do there, like they are in say Texas or somewhere so even working at a gun range would be a hard job to come by.

What kind of right minded couple decide to bring a baby into the world when neither parent has a job. It's clear that she was so desperate for her instagram perfect baby she didn't give a damn about how they are gonna provide for one.

If they are struggling that bad health care wise couldn't they get pregnancy medicaid? Here where I live it's like 3200 or so for a 4 week month and you qualify, and California has an even higher cost of living so I would imagine it would be easy for them . But that's not YouTube prefect enough I guess? Even though plenty of young families use it to help and there is no shame in that, especially with how difficult health insurance is to understand and the cost right now.

I live in Australia where health care is free so I honestly have no clue how it all works there but I had my daughter a year ago and even with everything being free we struggled a fair bit. Babies are damn expensive! She better cut these shopping habits out asap.
I’m not a fan of having the fake plant in that corner, as it blocks most of the mirror. I feel like the mirror could really help open up the small space if the reflection wasn’t blocked by that silly plant!
Also, I like how they say they need to get out of the nursery because it’s too hot...yet they expect to leave Emma there? Poor baby will probably overheat.
Rachelle’s swimsuit looks like she’s just barely wearing undies. Not flattering at all, IMO.
