I'm late to the party, but Malakai seems like a totally made up name to me and I don't like it one bit. It's just the kind of name two (former) teen parents would give their child to be extra special. And with Logan and Lilia being normal common names, it sounds even dumber.

Agreed. I’ve heard of the name before, but with the flow of Logan and Lilia, it doesn’t seem to work well. I remember it was briefly discussed where Gabe was annoyed that the baby wasn’t being named Gabriel. But the middle name is Gabriel?? Like are you that egotistical that your child needs to have the same name?

Landen’s poor teeth! Jess doesn’t give a single fuck about her children’s dental care. All the silver caps on everyone’s teeth, the plaque buildup...it just amazes me that a 4 year old’s teeth could look like this (especially when they have sweets and soda “only on Saturdays” lmao).

I think they're worried people will pronounce it like Chai latte so they switched it to a K. I was told over and over to misspell my kids' old name and I'm like nah I'll just be that mom correcting people.

Maybe they plan to call him Kai.
