And I am seriously so sick of watching Ryler swim in their vlogs! It becomes so boring after a while when they brag so much about how much better their kids are than anyone else's! They are absolutely not!

I know yOu didn't say you reported them, so this isn't actually a warning, but I do feel like it's my responsibility to remind everyone about the YTMD rule concerning reporting families... YTMD does not condone reporting families for any reason to any authoritative group. If you feel that you need to do so and then come back to YTMD and publicly admit to doing so, it will result in an immediate and permanent ban from using this site that is not reversible.Decode2018 wrote:lmmomSD wrote:Does Maddie actually have a learner's permit?
Of not, then it's illegal for her to be driving Daddy's truck.
Vloggers piss me off so much the way they act as though the rules don't apply to them. So many show themselves nonchalantly breaking the law. In Utah, it is flat out illegal to film yourself while driving, but their vlogging hero Jared does it ALL the time, as does Branden. If he causes an accident while distracted driving, he can get jail time. I would hate for anyone to get hurt, but maybe a big fine or the threat of jail time would wake Branden up. Probably not though. Obeying the rules isn't "how we Bingham".

Yes didn't you know that you are allowed to break the law if you are a YouTube vlogger LOL?! Yes I really hope there is a huge fine and/or jail time for them! Then maybe JUST maybe they may get the message that they are no more special than anyone else! And speaking of this, I have seen so many times in their vlogs that they have actually filmed inside the cinemas! I am sure that is ILLEGAL too yet they still keep doing it! I wanted to report their videos for that as another viewer did but could not find how to!

Just as a clarification, YouTube counts as an "authority"? Because I know that CPS or entities like that are definitely covered by the rules. And I understand why. But if a vlogger posts something that is clearly against YouTube's rules, we're not allowed to _quietly_ report it, and should just trust that others will? I know we can't report a vlog and then come here and say "Ha! They're losers! I reported that vlog!". I just want to be absolutely sure that I am following the rules. Not arguing or trying to be contentious. Just checking.

Re: This Is How We Bingham
What will they even film during the week when 3 out of their 4 kids will be in school full time pretty soon? Oh wait, isn’t Hazy starting preschool too? So lots of filming while driving and doing pick ups / drop offs and driving with kids without seatbelts on? Cool.Decode2018 wrote:lmmomSD wrote:Can someone please explain to me why Mindy is excited about the weekend? Her husband doesn't work, the kids are out of school, and every day is a weekend for her!

Some of the things Mindy says too are beyond me! How can you be excited about the weekend when every week day she does ABSOLUTELY nothing besides the odd nail client? I am really hoping that when the kids go back to school that the novelty of Branden being a full time YouTuber at home wears off!

He said before she started driving that she had a learners permit... just not a license.. so as long as that permit from California is good in Utah then she was perfectly legal... Didn’t see anyone mention that... Man, please don’t make me defend these people

Don't even worry about it! As far as I am concerned there was no apologies necessary! I know you weren't saying You did it. Re: This Is How We Bingham
Ok. I will get off my high horse about that. Apparently, it's legal to drive in Utah with an out of state learner's permit.
They still do a lot of illegal, stupid things. And things that are just stupid and dangerous. But I guess this wasn't illegal. Just stupid for sticking a camera in her face while she was driving.
Hopefully when the boys go to school in the fall, it won't turn into The Hazy Show. Because the more I see of her screeching and standing on chairs and counter tops, saying "Open it!", and never saying please or thank you, the more I think she needs a serious time out.

Basically with the recent rule changes, you shouldn't talk about making any reports of any kind. I know people report YouTube videos or Instagram posts and comments etc. and I also know that there are times (like with DaddyOfFive for example) where reporting may be both necessary and appropriate. And at times I know people might feel very conflicted about reporting or not reporting people because their jobs require them to be a mandatory reporter. I may no longer work due to my disability, but I still hold valid certifications that require me to be a mandatory reporter, so I understand how this can be a cause for internal conflict.lmmomSD wrote:Just as a clarification, YouTube counts as an "authority"? But... We can't tell you what to say or do off of YTMD. We can only remind a person what our site rules are. If for some reason a person feels they have valid cause and proof to make a report, we can only tell you that our requirements of this site are that if you feel it necessary to do this, you should not admit it here on YTMD. If you do, you will be banned.
Does that make sense? I feel like I could say so much more here about this.

I was so concerned about the school uniforms! So glad they got that taken care of! (Sarcasm) At least Mindy didn't call the boys "studs"
Mindy is starting to speak as fast as Branden does! What are they going to do with themselves when the boys are back in school and Branden's home from work?

Double post, sorry--
Hia daughter is visiting, and he's off camping with the boys? I know she was going to have a "girls night" with Mindy, but he just doesn't seem to be super interested in spending time with her. Maybe I am overreacting because my ex treats our daughter like he's not interested in being with her. But he didn't even take her to the airport when she came out for his birthday celebration.
And no, Branden, it was NOT an "epic back to school shopping trip". It was average. Not everything has to be epic, legit, out of control, or whatever. Some days are just not exciting.

Re: This Is How We Bingham
Eh, maybe Madi doesn’t want to spend time with him. The previous vlog was all about him spending time with her. I remember one vlog months ago when she came to visit where she left to spend the day with his sister. So I don’t know that it’s really him not wanting to spend time with her per se.lmmomSD wrote:Double post, sorry--

And yeah, there was nothing epic about that. They went to Walmart. And she shopped for clothes off camera. They spent the first half of the vlog showing the kids trying on the same clothes in different color variations. Snooze fest. This is why people shouldn’t vlog every day of their lives. It’s just not that interesting.

I’m looking forward to summer ending so we don’t have to watch another “epic” trip down the same water slides for an entire vlog. Or watching narcissistic Branden try to flex his abs for the camera.

The day Branden stops saying the word "epic" the world will end LOL! Branden is the most annoying and immature 40 year old I have EVER encountered in my entire life! And why do they have to even vlog the kids' back to school shopping trip? I really could not think of anything more boring than watching that!
