The comments were so annoying "1000 for 7 kids isn't bad" she has 6 kids in school. And 2 of them I'm sure we're only bought backpacks and shoes. And did that price include any actual school supplies or just clothes and shoes. WTF lol
And I'm sure the boys would have liked some accessories, and an extra pair of shoes like princess Lilia.

i think the title was clickbait ... tallying in my head she spent maybe $600 on her 4 kids - unless she spent $400 on chris’ 2 boys i doubt she spent that much. i think its one of those “psychological numbers” its a lot but its not a lot.

As far as the new backpack thing, I don’t think it’s wrong to get the kids a new one every year while they’re little. Most kids get a new one each year. Once they’re older invest in something they’ll actually use... but right now cheap ones work fine since they don’t have crazy heavy stuff.
The haul was just clothing and their backpacks... supposedly they got Tommy and Caden stuff too. I think Jess got the twins the same items not to wear at the same time, but so that they both have it-since they’re in different sizes now. For what she shown, it didn’t seem worth $1000, especially since the supplies weren’t included

I can see spending $1000 on back to school clothes, everything adds up, she bought for 4 kids. There is no way those clothes will last all year. They will either grow out or wear them out by Christmas. The boys will need basketball shoes again for the winter season. $1000 is a lot of money, but each year she will be spending more and more as the kids grow and their needs change. I hope the stop they frivolous shopping and start saving for the rainy day that is headed their way.

That always baffled me too because she'll say that and shove the girls into pink and frills 24/7. Yeah you have a responsibility to raise kind caring sons who respect women, but your daughters are the ones who NEED to hear that gender roles are bullshit. They are the ones who will grow up getting the raw end of the deal. I hope Lilia drops dance, finds a sport she's awesome at, and uses it to go to college. I hope Addy grows up to love something like engineering and never grows her hair long. The less they are like their mom the better.

Jess has so many kids that I'm hoping and praying that at least one of them will break the cycle; get the hell out of that crummy town, go to school, get well educated, get a job and THEN settle down and have children when they're mature and stable enough to make the best choices they can.
I know it doesn't happen often but I feel like one of them might just get sick enough of the noise and drama that they distance themselves.

There's so much more to life than just having babies straight out of highschool. Those kids deserve to travel and find themselves and party in college and learn to be independent rather than getting into these dumb codependent relationships that their parents do.

Vans are not running around all day everyday shoes. She needs to get them a pair of Nikes, Adidas, new balance etc. In England we call them trainers, I think maybe in America it’s tennis shoes? (Sorry if I’m wrong) but vans are fashion shoes, not trainers. You wouldn’t go for a run or to the gym in a pair of vans. If her kids are so active and sporty (which we’ve seen they are) then they need appropriate shoes, they will wear those vans out in 4 weeks, especially pure white for a kid, eek.

Agreed. I’m an adult and even as a kid I mangled my shoes. I was the girl that would always play soccer with the boys during recess. And now I adore wearing vans but they still won’t last me more than 2 years or so. They wear out. I think vans are pretty well made for the price point but for kids that active and still in school running around and doing activities I think she needs to invest in long term, quality clothing and shoes especially.

I only watched the first part of the video but i posted above that i find her less annoying when she’s with Gabe lolol it’s pretty bad if she’s less annoying at her dad’s house and yet still the most annoying child ever. I just don’t even WANT to know how bad it’s gonna be when she hits her teens. Ughhh u know she’s gonna be a cheerleader, have all the latest technology (smart phones and tablets etc), expensive earrings, name brand clothes, dyed hair and makeup by age 12, dating every boy at school, leader of a clique. She is going to be Regina George!

I don’t get all the anti Lilia talk. She might be annoying, but she’s very much a product of her environment (at least imo). And at the end of the day, she’s a kid. Who really cares if she’s annoying or not?? Talking about how Jess doesn’t discipline or feeds into it is a different thing but talking about how much of a brat she is really isn’t productive or entertaining. It’s in the same vein as making fun of Lilia’s teeth. Lots of kids have weird looking teeth, let’s move on from it.

I’m not going to tell anyone to stop talking about it or anything - I just wanted to throw my own opinion out there. I’d rather talk about the kids in relation to Jess than just the kids themselves.
