I originally thought boy because of the lack of excitement B had when she said she knew the gender. I felt like you could sense the nervousness all over her face and body language when she said they knew the gender. She was SO excited when she was pregnant before announcing Harlow was a girl, and they had known earlier on about her too.
However, if Frank spilled it in the video saying it’s a girl, then that’s probably what it is. Unfortunately, either way, it sucks. The boy has a chance of severe medical problems, the girls could end up with some medical problems + being carriers, and the kids have a shit mom as a role model for relationships.
It’s a lose lose.
