Um. I’m on the Keto Diet. 10 pieces of bacon at one sitting is not recommended anywhere. A balanced breakfast of eggs, avocado & bacon is more acceptable.

Several people have posted wrong information, they can go read about Keto if they want to know more about it instead of stereotyping the diet.
Good for you! Then you’d know I was clearly being fkn dramatic.. but 4-6 pieces of pig bacon IS recommend as a beginners Keto breakfast. Not sure what country your from but in Aus, that is not a disgusting, bad amount, and yes, Avo’s are second best.
