It is recommended for them to have PT while declining and before even. It's to help them learn how to manage the energy they have to try to make it last for as most of the day as they can. Learn how to get up and down and manage tasks more efficiently. Learn how to use breathing assistance and moving to and from a chair from bed to toilet and to a stair lifter before you need to rely on it. How to use your arms and legs as they decline and be prepared for the challenges before they come. Just bc he is managing now doesnt mean he shouldn't be getting pt and help now. If Britney could afford to build that house then she should have made PT a priority and building a house around his needs first and her wants second.
