He eats like crap 90% of the time, then thinks "OMG! I am getting fat!" And cuts out carbs and makes Mindy make him separate meals, and loses what he gained. Then he starts eating carbs again, and goes on road trips and eats donuts, and cotton candy burritos (GROSS) and the heavy, sodium laden foods Mindy cooks, and gains it all back.
Yo-yo dieting is so bad for you.
And yes, when Mindy is talking, he is just waiting for his chance to jump in. There are two types of people: people who actually listen to the other person, and people who just wait for their turn to talk. Branden is the second kind.
