I hate to be “that person” but do they not worry about someone using those sticks and other junk to break their windows and enter their home? Maybe it’s just because I’ve experienced a break in that I’m paranoid but I’d would have made different choices....of course my fall decorating starts and ends by changing the wreath on the door.

I don't think those sticks are any more likely to be used to break into a house than a rock or something else that's outside of houses every day would be...

True but because of my experiences I wouldn’t choose to make it easier by providing the ammunition...if it could be helped. Like I said...that’s based on my experiences. It’s their door...which I wouldn’t have chosen because of the amount of easily breakable glass...to each their own.

This is not normal. At all. You know what’s normal? Putting some time and effort into your kids rooms. They are the most fun to decorate and most parents care enough for their kids to make them a priority.

I agree! Kid's rooms are so much fun to decorate. That's all I could think of when I saw them throwing up autumn all over their main floor. I don't get it! It almost made me want to cry. The views would be enough to pay for the two rooms, because everyone has been waiting for it since they moved. I didn't have much money when my kids were young, but they were always the priority. Their rooms looked great with a little creativity and resourcefulness. I only started decorating for me after they grew up and moved out. I can't fathom being a parent and being so selfish.

Dumb and Dumber are pathetic, at best, and as a number of you have already mentioned, they live in a bubble. I agree, their access to diversity is limited, however, I've had many friends who are Mormons and their sensibilities are vastly different. Why can't D&D practice what they preach? IMO it's simple. They choose not to. It makes me sad to know that there are so many people struggling in this world, and yet, these two act as though they are the only people who matter. Their gluttony and materialistic approach to life may catch up with them someday. I hope for the sake of those little girls, they have a good financial advisor. Their SeneCrap and Youtube gravy trains are bound to run dry at some point...

Why does Tyrone keep insisting it’s fall? Summer isn’t over until Sept 20! His silly childish intransigence is baffling. Is it all because he had a senescence check burning a hole in his pocket and he was dying to waste it on a bunch of crap that NO ONE needs?

I'm guessing fall is a relief to him because the heat of summer combined with his size do not make a comfortable situation. And he is all about being comfortable.

The girls are already missing days of preschool. Doesn't look good for the girls have a successful year. Their babysitters can't follow through with anything. The swimming lessons the girls were going to do all summer laster maybe 2 weeks. They did dance and said the were putting the girls in it again, then never did. Talked about riding lessons, never happened. They're too lazy to do anything for their kids.

I think I remember someone on here saying a while back that they thought the girls would be pulled out of preschool by Christmas and the parents saying it's because the girls are so advanced. I wouldn't be surprised if that did happen now.

When they said they were going away for the weekend, I didn't think they would leave today. There was no mention of that, just odd to me. Then I got to thinking...Please...please...please tell me they are not going to Orem for tonight's 6pm meet up with the Bucketlist Family. I wouldn't think they would because they wouldn't be the center of attention,, but then again, they may think it would be an opportunity for some photos of them together to display. Look who we know, kind of thing.. Sorry Sissies but the only thing my husband gets excited about because it's fall is the start of hockey season. What the hell is remotely attractive or interesting about a grown ass man advertising that he is basically getting a half chub over a change in seasons and being in a decor store?? Serendipity Susan, you're SO right, it's silly and childish and as everyone else has pointed out, does nothing but prove their baffling lack of intelligence, common sense and priorities. Do y'all think their families slam them behind their backs? I cannot imagine my family, or my husbands family, watching us film ourselves doing such mindless bs on an almost daily basis and NOT asking us wth are we thinking? My family (especially my parents) would be appalled and would be taking every chance possible to talk some sense into me and would be full of suggestions on how to spend my time instead ie: invest some time and energy into my children, volunteer, join a non profit board, take a class, go back to school etc etc. I don't know about the est of y'all, but even IF I was narcissistic enough to think that anyone wanted to see me and my husband spending our days eating out, shopping and squealing over decor items, my family would sure as shit remind me that in fact, no one gives a rats ass and that there are far bigger purposes to life.

Thank you for responding. I hope she's ok too. Its not like her to not let us know what's up. If anyone does hear from her, please let us know either here or private message.
I know there are so many other things to worry about but I wonder if we should start a new thread in case she can't get to it and so she's not overwhelmed when she returns or should we wait as I would never want to overstep her job because she does a great job here. Let's hear some thoughts on that. Pros and cons to everything.
