Re: Cullen & Katie: Breaking The Rules, Above The Law | Part
The etiquette classes do not surprise me at all. It’s part of Kelly and Kaite’s upbringing, and i was totally expecting classes like this (or full blown Debutant classes) for all the kids. I assume Bennett and Brooks will go as well. The classes aren’t just for girls. My sister and I took them when we were Maddie’s age (we were not debutants lol a retired home ec teacher from my grandmothers church offered them) and I’m actually glad I took them as a child. Both my kids took a class like this their 7th grade year in school, it replaced their art class for a 9 week period (twice a week class) and then at the end of the 9 weeks they had a formal dinner to test their skills. I haven’t watched, but is this a class the country club is offering? I wouldn’t be surprised if it was. If my kids were not taught this stuff in school, I would have put them both in classes like I took. It’s important to teach kids these things.

Nothing to stop parents teaching that stuff at home if they aren't lazy procrastinators .... ahem Cullen and Katie.Playsinrain wrote:The etiquette classes do not surprise me at all. My kids know which fork to use, and what to do with their napkins, etc. Because I taught them, just like my mom taught me.Scar2016 wrote:Nothing to stop parents teaching that stuff at home if they aren't lazy procrastinators .... ahem Cullen and Katie.Playsinrain wrote:The etiquette classes do not surprise me at all. How the hell did Katie get a PR package from Tarte??? She doesn’t even do anything with her makeup. The other day she said she had “yesterdays makeup” which is utterly disgusting! I’m sure Tarte really appreciates the great publicity of her sitting in bed in her pajamas and a half-naked Cullen wearing the apron they sent. Ew.
Can someone please tell me how these two are even social media influencers?? THEY SUCK.

Sorry for the double post, but why would Gaines need table manners? (Sarcasm font) They don't eat as a family, lol. I think Katie would have her take etiquette lessons just to say she paid for them.

Maybe they should start by not laughing at Brooks when he shoves his finger up his nose in every picture and throws food against the wall. But what do I know?

I have not seen him throw food recently, but as a lazy parent I would certainly discipline my kids if they threw food because who wants to clean up that mess. I feel for poor Brooks, he is an active child that needs positive redirecting.auntasaurus19 wrote:Maybe they should start by not laughing at Brooks when he shoves his finger up his nose in every picture and throws food against the wall. That is one thing that they pretty consistently disciplined him for, the throwing food. I haven’t seen him do it much here recently either.Ducklings4 wrote:I have not seen him throw food recently, but as a lazy parent I would certainly discipline my kids if they threw food because who wants to clean up that mess. Was that a straw sticking out of Cullen's mouth?
And wow, I agree about Brooks having his finger up his nose. And the way he grabbed the applesauce pouch and tried to hit at Cullen was not ok, and they just let it go by and keptl on filming.

I wish Katie would get some other necklaces. Those big chunky Wilma Flintstone ones are butt ugly.

She needs thin like ones that go further down the neck line it would make her neck more longer and then her face would look thinner. A v neck styled shirt as well that would help too.Catface2 wrote:I wish Katie would get some other necklaces. Those big chunky Wilma Flintstone ones are butt ugly.

Their slime video only got 8k views... And if you watch it, it is obvious who rules the roost at their house. Katie couldn't be out more than 3 words without Gaines interrupting.

It really is sad how Gaines has become. She was such a sweet and pleasant baby and toddler. There is really now excuse for what they let her get away with. They are barely vlogging anymore, maybe Cullen is getting a real job.

I actually kind of enjoyed the "cup that wont leak" vlog. It reminded me of the old C&k.
Yes it could have been better with minute or 2 less talking about the cups and showing something else (maybe Katie could have done a mini grocery haul) but it was a relatable topic and interesting to see when they meet people out and about who recognize them. Definitely was on the right track IMO.

Re: Cullen & Katie: Breaking The Rules, Above The Law | Part
I agree, but what's up with them making the entire vlog about one thing? They should have showed that in addition to the rest of their day. I'm pretty sure they're just filming a day or two, and then breaking that footage into multiple vlogs. One whole vlog of Gaines making slime? No thanks.irishmiss wrote:I actually kind of enjoyed the "cup that wont leak" vlog. It reminded me of the old C&k.

I'm sorry. A "chicken cheese ball" sounds disgusting. A heart attack waiting to happen.

And they complain about being overweight. They eat horribly, overeat, and lead a sedentary lifestyle. At least Kelley and now Brittany are taking care of themselves. I would be SO embarrassed if I were katie.
