What? Which vlog was that? Doesn't she get that service dogs are not only necessary to their owners but also highly trained--unlike her dogs. You don't see service dogs eating off tables, barking and growling at people. I think she genuinely though she was going to be like Elle from "Legally Blonde" taking her dog everywhere in a little baggie. Too bad Albi is 4 times the size of a teacup Chihuahua.

That looks like Wineport Lodge in Athlone, a VERY nice place. I can't imagine how they thought it appropriate to bring a dog there.
German Shepherds are a popular breed in Italy, I'd love to have seen some of their own wedding guests rock on up to their wedding reception with a few sheps in tow, being fed beige cake from the beige table.

Honestly? I think it's the ultimate in attention seeking. Probably only second to her turning up to a wedding in a floor length white dress.
It also had the effect of alienating them from socialising with the rest of the wedding party. Noting like a video camera wielding, table dog feeder to send people running in the opposite direction.
In truth I think they thrive on attention. It's irrelevant whether that attention is good or bad.
