Feeding on demand is recommended because you cannot over feed a breastfed baby. So when you feed when they are hungry it keeps your supply up and makes the correct amount for the baby after 6-8 weeks. She will see a drop in supply which she has but it’s not a drop. It’s evening out for what Emma needs. Of course she doesn’t know that, hence why she thinks she needs oatmeal daily. The best way to increase supply if she ever needs is to nurse nurse nurse. Offer the breast even if Emma isn’t crying. Crying is a late feeding cue. But Rachelle wouldn’t know that bc she doesn’t even know the first cue, which is rooting or licking lips. I’m younger than Rachelle and I fucking know that. She sits at home and would rather play damage control and block and delete and read this thread instead of learning about breastfeeding or cooking for her husband. Or try giving beau attention. Beau is a well behaved dog. He gets excited. That doesn’t make him a bad dog. He may run around and jump on shit, but so what? What dog doesn’t? He seems gentle around Emma and that’s all she should ask for coming from a male dog. Usually female dogs act calmer and more instinctual like. But beau does well considering the parents he has. Also her left eyebrow annoys the fuck out of me. It would be to the right of her face when you see her videos.

Long time lurker... but something about her IG stories today finally made me jump ship and create an account.
I just don't understand what the draw is to these two. They're so boring, they're so young and stupid.
All she ever talks about us how she wants Emma to sleep.
"I have the sling so hopefully she will sleep the whole time!"
"She is such a good sleeper!"
"Hope she sleeps at church!"
You'd think after so many years of desperately wanting a baby, she would want the baby to always be awake so she could ENJOY her. Rachelle is scared out of her mind, this is nothing like she ever imagined and every time she's in front of the camera, it's more and more obvious.
Great job spending $20k+ on a baby that you never want to interact with!
And Justin is so desperate to be involved that he constantly says whatever he thinks he's supposed to about the baby.

Someone that spew out compliments like candy is someone that’s guilty or hiding something deep and dark. Just my opinion.
But yeah, Rachelles got it coming when Emma hits a sleep regression or starts teething lmao. Watch her. She will really complain about sleep then. My son went through one from 2 1/2 months until 8 months! Always wanted to nurse and sleep with me in the bed. Would wake up all hours of the night when I would see others babies sleeping 6-12 hour stretches and I questioned why me? Why do I have the son that won’t sleep or nap. Maybe she might get lucky, but babies go through phases and newborn is the easiest it gets and she already wants her to sleep 24/7.

Lol, i usually watch at 730am my time (normally vlogs uploaded when im asleep), so if i took a shot for each of those id go to work wasted

Yes nursing on demand will increase supply naturally. I nursed my first exclusively til I went back to work at two months.. then I pumped. But my job wouldn’t allow me to pump at her usual feeding times and I dried up within the month.

My second and third nursed exclusively til I introduced solids at 6 months and then my supply drastically dropped.

Her comment about keeping breast milk frozen “forever” is false. It expires after three months or so. She should really be allowing Justin to feed her with a bottle so she’s used to taking food from someone else if they ever need to have someone watch her.

Breastmilk when properly stored can be kept for up to a year.
Both of my sons never took a bottle or paci (they hated it and would spit them out), but I was fortunate enough to stay at home with them that they didn't really need to. Emma fortunately accepts a paci, so I'd assume she'd be okay with a bottle if pace fed. If Emma is okay with a bottle, she should let Justin or her mom feed her sometimes so they can spend date and couple time out occasionally. Ya know... Before Justin's red ass gets deployed. *rolls eyes*.
As for Beau, they should have trained him and put effort into him before Emma came so they wouldn't have to push him away. I do feel for the poor pup. If only R spent a fraction of the amount of time she spends at Target training and bonding with Beau instead ... Sigh...
Love how she shoves Beau off the table, but let's litter paws all over the counter tops and dining room table *barfs* so gross.

I noticed that Justin was drinking alcohol at that dinner and then drove them home. I don't know how you feel about that, but for me that's a no no. My parents wouldn't drink at all if they were driving, especially if us kids were in the car as well.

No no here too. If we go anywhere and both of us have any alcohol (usually a dinner or family bbq) we will get a taxi home (with three kids). 99% of the time I dont drink so I’m our designated driver. There is only one taxi company here and you can wait 2-3 hours for one to become available. Sometimes its easier not to have that wine with dinner and be able to drive the kids home.

She could buy some Playtex nursers with the drop-in liner they have the most breast-like nipple and they empty like the boob so you don't have to stop then as much! My daughter loves them, they help with spit up and gassiness.

I bet that the only reason she didn't evict Beau is because it has been mentioned here and on her comments or on Twitter and she said she loves him as family and would never leave him for a baby, blabla. So she's stuck with him or she would prove that 'haters' are always right about her and her shitty personality.

If Justin wasn’t so attached, Beau would have been at her mother’s house already like she did with her other dog. Like if Emma was born before he came back from deployment, she wouldn’t have Beau around.

They really need to take the dog to some obedience training, he is a sweet dog but he’s just so big and jumps all over the damn place. It’s not the dogs fault though, it’s theirs for not correcting him.

Boymomx2, I've also noticed this in previous vlogs. In my country it's uncommon to see people wearing their babies with their baby's head so exposed to the sun like this so am curious if this is the norm in the states?

Also, I haven't watched yet but in the thumbnail of the recent vlog it seems like Emma is losing her hair as its far darker at the back than on top of her head. Not that Rachelle would want to admit this though! Gotta keep up the illusion of a perfectly bright red headed baby on instagram and all

Isn't that normal though? Don't know why she'd try to hide it.

It’s weird how Rachelle literally gets off on how “big” of a baby Emma is. She was born barely at 9 lbs and she literally hasn’t shut up about how big she is since, even though she’s been gaining abnormally slowly since Rachelle uses the Babywise schedule and spaces out Emma’s feedings at one month old.

Literally nonstop it’s comments about how she’s “busting out of this onesie” or tweeting about “is it bad if I hope all my babies are born at 9 lbs? She’s just so biiiiiiggg and healthyyyy” or getting on her IG story and saying “OMG I weighed her and she’s eleven pounds now!!”

It’s complete bullshit that Emma supposedly didn’t fit into newborn clothes at birth. My first was born at ten pounds, 22 inches and still stayed in newborn clothes for around two months.

She seems to have this superiority complex because her baby was born at nine pounds, jesus. All of mine were around ten pounds at birth, but I never emphasized how BIGGGG they were like she does, haha
