Re: TheStyleDiet/LeFloorTV - Part 17
Anna posted a pic of her stomach on instagram and says "I quite like my belly button stretchmarks".
She also posted a picture of Emilia earlier today and said "I didn't know it was possible to love somebody this much".
Seems she is becoming more and more of a liar each day. She's quite delusional too. Do you all think she just throws this crap out there or do you think she actually believes what she says even when she knows damn well she's lying?

she looks like she's ready to have a total mental "meltdown" more and more...quite scary...and the lying is just getting worse and worse.Suntropics wrote:Anna posted a pic of her stomach on instagram and says "I quite like my belly button stretchmarks".

Re: TheStyleDiet/LeFloorTV - Part 17
That has to be the biggest load of bullshit to come from her smelly mouth haha. She likes her little belly stretch marks? I guess it sets off the 23/24/whatever bloody number waist she has. Anna was yearning to lose the weight probably as soon as Emilia popped out. The fakeness just oozes out of every pore with this woman. Instead of kissing her own ass about how she's lost this weight and is tinier than ever, why not start doing some exercise to perk up that saggy bum and get some muscle definition or tone...Suntropics wrote:Anna posted a pic of her stomach on instagram and says "I quite like my belly button stretchmarks".
Re: TheStyleDiet/LeFloorTV - Part 17
how the heck do people tell her in the comments that they love how she lost her weight the healthy way, and that her stomach looks so tight ??????

Re: TheStyleDiet/LeFloorTV - Part 17
I like the part where she was talking about exercise and teetering around the subject. Saying "I didn't exercise, like, extreme, I just did walking, and the usual stuff that I do." Lolololol then why was it that you said recently in a video that you "lost all the baby weight" and you didn't exercise at all. HMMmmm Mommies on the thread this is how you do it....
*Eat a healthy balanced diet (not what Anna eats) including 500 extra calories a day. This can increase/decrease depending on if your baby is going through a growth spurt.
*REST when the baby rests (the first couple weeks).
*After 4-6 week postpartum check-up, usually your doctor will ok you to exercise (real exercise, not what anna does). It is important to wait until your body is ready or you may reverse the healing process. Start slow.
It is best to lose the weight gradually. Not force your body into a strict diet to lose it all at once. If you go from one extreme to the other, your skin suffers. Would you rather lose it fast and have very loose skin or lose it gradually and with that, your skin gets tighter? Like I said before with my daughter, I didn't lose the last couple lbs until AFTER I finished breastfeeding. That was because I ate to make sure my milk was the best for my child, and because with some women, your body will hold on to a little fat to ensure you can produce enough milk. After I finished breastfeeding I lost a good 20lbs, which was 15 more than I needed. It happens when you are running around after a new walker .

Breastfeeding needs a huge amount of GOOD calories, otherwise you will not produce enough or low quality milk for your baby.
I think the belly bandit thing is a product that gets you with good marketing and has a placebo effect. I never believe in this stuff and got back to the figure I had before without anything wrapped around my tummy...
I must say I am also lighter than pre-pregnancy but I look about the same. After my 6 week check up I started light jogging again, and after another 4 weeks I got into the normal running training I did before which is about 10-13hours running a week. With all that, it still took me about 9months to have my pre-pregnancy body.
Would A consider getting her ass up, do a few classes or machines at the gym 3-4times a week, she would have an amazing body (not that she has a bad one now ) and from my experience I can say that exercise will help her to be more balanced a lot less depressed!!

So today and tomorrow are the big days for "project for awesome" and I haven't heard another peep out of Jo-moneyman. Luke Conard is raising awareness for Toys 4 Tots.

Michelle McDonald said on J's page that Judy said Emilia was ugly. WTF?! WHEN DID SHE SAY THAT?!

That "woman" is a troll...she liked the page "i love Casey Anthony"...you know, the woman that killed her little girl and got away with murder.sand and water wrote:Michelle McDonald said on J's page that Judy said Emilia was ugly. WTF?! WHEN DID SHE SAY THAT?!
Re: TheStyleDiet/LeFloorTV - Part 17
On Anna's latest catastrophe of a video someone in the comments is so super exited that she is six and a half months pregnant and has only gained 11 pounds!!! Thanks to Anna's "What I Ate Wednesday", and "oatmeal and banana's"! What is wrong with these people. Now I obviously don't know this woman, so I can't really say if this is healthy or not for her. I can say that her enthusiasm about gaining so little weight while pregnant made me want to hurl a eating disorder book at her head. Maybe this why some many women like Anna. She justifies this irrational behavior for them.

I haven't watched Judy's vids in a couple of weeks so I don't know what they have been doing, but I just can't imagine Judy saying something like that!

Re: TheStyleDiet/LeFloorTV - Part 17
Just watched the new TSD video. As usual it's full of lies and her eyes darting around the room. She said that she didn't gain weight too slowly or too quickly while pregnant but I remember in one of her blog posts (sometime in the third trimester) she said she gained 5 pounds in one week. What?! First of all, we know that's a lie because that would have been a red flag to her doctor and secondly, there's nothing healthy about gaining that much weight in one week. She doesn't exercise yet pretends she does because she walks the dogs lmfao. Whatever Anna. Why don't you do some REAL exercise? She really annoyed me in that vid because she was sooo proud of herself in an obnoxious way. She's NOT the first woman to lose the pregnancy weight. I've lost the weight from mine and I know there are plenty of woman out there who have as well. She may be thin, but she is not fit. Her body has no muscle tone or definition and it's only going to get that way through an exercise regimen. She's clearly OBSESSED with having her body the way it was pre-pregnancy. I guarantee it's going to be so much harder for her to lose the weight next time around if they have another.
Re: TheStyleDiet/LeFloorTV - Part 17
Anna's unhealthy relationship with food and her weight have really had a negative impact on her channel. Her whole "mantra" about having a healthy/positive body image is such BS as it's clear Anna does not take her own advice. It sickens me there are women out there who would purposely gain as little weight as possible for their own vanity. I remember I was watching some talk show once and a woman on there was proud of herself for having gained only 6 pounds!!! Ridiculous!!!! It may sound mean but if A&J do have another child (please no), I hope she has a harder time losing the weight and is forced to exercise and maintain a healthy diet just so she can know what it means to work hard. I wish she would quit rubbing it everyone's faces how she's smaller than her pre-pregnancy size. Ugh. You're not the first woman to do that Anna, sheesh.Queen Bee wrote:On Anna's latest catastrophe of a video someone in the comments is so super exited that she is six and a half months pregnant and has only gained 11 pounds!!! Anna does not strike me as someone who would enjoy a REAL workout - like sweating, panting, lifting weights - just doesn't seem like her thing. She looks like someone who would do yoga & pilates

I agree. But just eating next to nothing, especially when she is supposedly breastfeeding, is not healthy at all. She won't be toned, and everyone needs a little fat on their bodies. She definitely is starting to resemble one of those thinspiriation figures. NOT a healthy image for many of their young fans. She is totally insane, and irresponsible for chatting such garbage along with, such an unhealthy image she portrays
