Also, why is Rachelle dressing like it's in the 50s out with flannel and long pants?? It's almost 80 where she lives... She dresses herself overly warm, but freezes her baby almost to death.

Yeah.. if my two month old projectile vomited yellowish green, I’d be at the doctors office. Unless her breast milk is somehow yellowish green, that is NOT normal.
It drives me nuts that she’s always in sweaters and it’s 80-90 degrees still where she lives. It’s all for show.
Greenapples2 wrote:I don’t want to sound like I’m defending Justin because I can’t freaking stand him but.... Getting out of the military after one or two contracted terms is normal. Some guys go in thinking they will stay for life but reality hits and they find out it’s not for them. My husband for example signed for 8 years. When he first started he loved it. He deployed a few times and got to see parts of the world. This past time he got back his unit changed command and he didn’t enjoy the military as much anymore. His new command is awful. He also wants to settle down and we want to start planning for a family in the next 4 years. In order to do that he needs to join a career and we need to save like crazy for a house and just overall expenses for a baby. We both decided that the only way to start said family is if he gets out because I don’t want to have kids and have him deployed all the time. (Right now he gets deployed every 3 years). I understand why Justin got out. What pisses me off is him going back In just for benefits. That’s such a bullshit reason to join. He has a family and now has the possibility of being ripped away from said family when it’s obvious he doesn’t even want to be in the military but Rachelle is making him. Him finding a low paying job is just part of the process. I don’t want to rag on him just yet for only being a tire changer due to the fact he just got out. My husband has secured a very well paying job in a trade job (he too had no intentions on going to college). Justin needs to do the same. Go to trade school. Electricians, plumbers, construction, etc pays pretty well and has room for growth and more money to be made with experience. Trade school is key here for him since he has no real background in any trades. I pray for the sake of their child/future children that he gets his shit together in this aspect. If he has any questions Rachelle you can reach out to me and I can put him in touch with my husband and there are also great guys in the military that do only career building for fellow soldiers. Tara’s husband Adam is one of them!
When you start with buying a home the va loan is amazing.
Rachelle and Justin are two of the most naive people I have ever come across on this earth. It drives me up a wall when she brags about buying everything in cash and not having credit cards, but all that says is that 1. You are too irresponsible and immature to have a credit card without going crazy and 2. That you have practically no credit which again is incredibly naive and irresponsible. My whole family is in the real estate business, so I know, it’s very hard (if not impossible) to acquire a loan for a house without credit. Unless her annoying mom co signs. These two just drive me up a wall, especially because they talk like they know what they’re talking about but actually they’re stupid... and someone else needs to die her hair because after she got it done, her roots were still showing
Today’s blog was so boring. The worst part was what felt like a solid five minutes of them ooing and aahing like they’d never seen a thunderstorm before.
Gotta have what everyone else has. Everyone has babies, she’s gotta have one. Everyone else is buying homes, she wants to buy one. Now that she has “like 4 people she’s following building homes” she gets all manic wanting to build. She is not mature enough to be living an adult life yet. She acts like she’s still in high school. The “gotta have what everyone else has” mentality is the epitome of immaturity.

They have the VA Loan they can use along with the first time buyer where they don’t have to put any money down on a home. So they already have a loan however because of their lack of credit their loan won’t be so high. The houses they’re looking at 300,000 and up? No way unless they are saving up and can put a considerable amount down. But now she’s talking about building her own house and I CAN’T with this chick. I get they have money now but their views have dropped since Emma’s birth and their channel has become a stagnant. She really needs to realize a first home doesn’t need to be some amazing buy. She’d be better off getting a decent house and flipped it once they’re more stable so she can pay it off, sell it for more, and be able to almost outright buy the next house they want that’s better. She’s all NOW NOW NOW and that’s fucking ridiculous.

The reason she continues to have this mentality is because she is very enabled by everything. Not mention they haven't exactly "failed." Once she does though... They will surely learn the hard way.

Yeah the va loan still takes your credit into consideration. When we applied for it they pulled our credit. Just like any other loan you still have to get prequalified. I’ve never heard anything otherwise
Also something they might want to take into consideration when building a home, is its tough to find VA lenders who will make $0 down construction loans.
I understand her whole Dave Ramsey thing but she’s missing the biggest picture. You need credit in order to get anything in life. Doesn’t mean you have to be in debt but they need a credit card to pay off each month in order to qualify for a loan.

I dont think she is being honest about not having a credit card. I'm betting she at least has a starcard
She’s on her Instagram story acting like she’s going to build a house tomorrow. I mean, if they have the finances, sure go for it but it’s so obvious she just follows the crowd!
& besides Rash, since you know, you made your husband re-enlist in the military you can’t just up and go to North Carolina. He’s required to be with his unit once a month. I mean; say a month or two ago when he was actually all done with the Navy y’all could of. But that wasn’t good enough for you princess Trashelle, right?

My husband and I recently used the VA Loan with the first time homebuyer perk. They did check our credit but the credit only effects the amount they will give you. You don’t need a credit to use it but we shopped around and didn’t go through the first lender we were given, they’ll have no options and they sure as hell won’t be able to build a house off the loan they’re given.
“However, there are VA loans for some borrowers who have no credit score or even a score less than 620. If you are without credit, qualification is determined based on past payment history of rent, car insurance and other regular monthly expenses.”
