I think they had been separated for a little bit before she made that vlog.. I thought that you had to be separated for a year before you could finalise a divorce. I could be wrong though. She probably just says divorced but it isn’t official yet.

If a spuse cheats and admits he/she cheated is it possible to get a divorce quicker?

Divorce laws are governed by each state, so they’re different everywhere. California has a waiting period of six months, so unless they filed before April then no it’s not finalized yet.

I have a feeling that Curtis might be gay or something like that, from something she mention in one of her car chats... she said something like the kids been struggling with all the changes like not only him moving out and divorcing. It’s in the first night out vlog, at min 5:30.
idk that’s just my guessing. maybe that’s why he took so long. Has this been discussed?

I really feel for her, her whole world has been torn apart. And she’s seeing her Mom so hurt from her Dads decisions. And I’m guessing in her head she’s also thinking about what’s happening next, is Amon going to move us out of our home? Are we moving to another state?

I personally think a move to Utah would be the best for the kids mental health at this stage, the kids love Levi and Alaya plus Oscar, Kyra, Winter, Robert and Kyla absolutely love the three of them. They’d be able to afford a cheaper home or buy one the size of Kyras and Oscars in the same area and still keep their dog and still have a family solution for now

What are you guys even talking about it definitely is a child’s responsibility to help their parents financially.m after all that their parents have done for them that’s the least they can do. Where I live we are strongly inculcated with these values.

It’s just... literally not ANYONE’s responsibility to financially support anyone besides their own minor children that they have custody of.

Oscar DOES seem like the type to help Korina out but he is by NO means obligated to because Korina gave birth to him and he has money now. He’s responsible only to Alaya and Levi - he isn’t even responsible to financially care for Kyra for god’s sake.

You really do have a responsibility towards your parents. It’s insensitive to just let them struggle? They are your parents. Imagine being happy and spending money on shit when your mother is struggling to find a house to live? The same mother who used to struggle for you when you were literally. It’s downright wrong to say you don’t owe your parents anything

Everyone on here keeps saying for Korinna to move to Utah. She has said many times it’s not what’s best for them right now. How is it right to not only have them go through this divorce they’d have to change schools again (Korinna doesn’t want to do that as they moved schools 2 years ago) KC would be taken away from cheer. The kids would move away from everyone they are close to family, friends everything they’ve ever known just to be close to one brother and his kids? I don’t agree with this at all. Korinna is making a good decision by staying in California, she’s doing what’s best for the kids and herself, her whole life is there. Why would she move to live in her sons basement? She would end up watching the kids anytime she’s not working because we all know K can’t/won’t look after her own kids she just needs them for the instagrams and YouTube money

I don't care how busy or stressed someone is they could find five minutes out of their day to call and speak to their children. You divorce a spouse you don't divorce children. That made me so sad as well. They seem to really be struggling and it’s so sad that they both were in tears when they landed back in LA. Curtis sounds like a total piece of shit. Who doesn’t even call their children for 3 weeks?? Work my ass, you make the time to see your children. They are more important than work. I’m sure he could find a few hours one day a week in his oh so busy life to spend with his kids if he truely wanted to.
