Routinely getting 6 hours of sleep is bad, but I don’t know anyone with a real job and kids who doesn’t at least occasionally get 6 hours of sleep and then carries on with their day normally, working 8 hours, doing chores and taking care of kids. Not a big deal at all. That’s two entire sleep cycles! The way he behaves it’s like he’s used to sleeping 12 hours and never had to get up at night with his two kids. Oh wait, that’s exactly what it’s like for him.
Edited to add: I was also annoyed by the “gardener” conversation. A lawn mower costs around $200. All he has to do is push it across his lawn, which isn’t even huge. Looks like .2 acres top. That should take him about 40 minutes to mow, and no specialized knowledge. You don’t need a “gardener” for that. Paying a guy to come every 2 weeks will cost at least $40 per visit. In two months time the lawn mower pays for itself.
i think they wanted to get the one that you sit on to cut the grass i don’t know what it’s called sorry lol
I THINK it’s literally just called a “ride-on” lol

It’s called being lazy. I can’t believe they won’t even take care of their yard. They have no work ethic. Take pride in what you have. You don’t need a green thumb to pull weeds, water flowers and shrubs, and to mow your lawn. Then have someone fertilize your yard a few times a year.
She said it’s .25 acres. That’s exactly what ours was. Takes about a hour to mow. You don’t need a riding lawn more for that.

ok i said i think because they showed a clip of kyras uncle on one and they said it was expensive (more than $200) so i was just THINKING they wanted a “RIDE ON” sorry for not knowing what it was called didn’t know it was such a big deal

That’s just so silly. They don’t need a ride on one for that size yard. They’re young and healthy and totally capable of mowing the lawn every few weeks for like 7-8 months of the year. Or even if they wanted to buy a ride on (is that the name? lol) one then it’s not like they haven’t wasted so much money on less useful stuff before. There’s NO reason to hire someone omg.
Also Chloe that looks like i’m arguing with you! I wasn’t though I promise lol, just wanted to add on to your thought about the ride on being expensive

Didn’t think you were. I agree with your post. They have .25 acres a riding lawn mower is useless. That would only take about a hour to mow with a push mower.
Funny story when I lived at my old house we had neighbors move in that went out and bought a rider. They were so used to a very tiny yard so .29 acres looked huge to them. They used it once and realized it wasn’t even realistic to use it.
The only reason I know how much they cost is because my dad has been out looking at them since we have over two acres now.

Oh no I didn’t mean it in a sarcastic or rude way! Sorry tone can be hard to figure out through text. I just meant I THINK (not know for sure) that they’re just called ride-ons. Didn’t mean it in any snappy way

Just to clear the air...did NOT mean it like that lol I wasn’t even totally sure what they were called. I’ll be more careful how I word things in the future so things aren’t misinterpreted again!
Kyra was on Twitter today whining about needing a break and somebody commented that she gets more breaks than any mother they met lol She is clueless for real. Wait till the third one gets here and she is sleep deprived and still has to contend with the older two. Seems like Oscar may need to spend more time at home and less time skydiving and doing whatever else he does everyday. Most parents deal with their own kids every single day without the help of sitters and friends. They need that reality check so they know what parenting completely on your own feels like with two kids and one on the way.

This worries me about with us knowing about her mental health issues. She says her relationship with Oscar is good, the kids are good for the most part, she's surrounded by help, she has all the support a person could ask for and yet she needs a break? What happens when her and Oscar are fighting again, a screaming newborn is keeping everyone up, the kids are jealous of a new baby, Rob and winter move out, she will actually lose it.

That is ridiculous. Imagine how tired a woman who works fourth hours a week feels. Still has to come home take care of kids. Cook and clean plus run kids to activities. She is so spoiled and entitled.
Ride ons aren’t that expensive.
Plus they come in handy regardless of block size. We all know how crap OK are at managing time. So I can see how a push mower wouldn’t be the best option for them.
That said, I can see them paying someone to mow. Just because of the lazy factor.
Edited to add - not having a go at someone who pays for their lawn care. OK don’t ‘do’ anything. They don’t work. They don’t travel often (well not O in the past). They don’t have anything that would really prevent them from mowing themselves. Except themselves.
Ride on lawn mowers are not 5K. Lol. But yes they are expensive.

Oscar is just lazy. They want everyone else to do everything for them. Including watching their kids. It’s sad that they are that young and can’t do anything for themselves

If that’s the kind you want. I was talking more on the zero turn kind. They are much better then those tractor kind.
If they would do things themselves like yard work they would have much more pride in their house then what they do. I can’t imagine being so young and healthy and not want to do anything.
My parents are in their mid sixties. They did everything at the current house. Even putting in drainage on two acres. They did all the landscaping except putting the grass seed down. My sisters always roll their eyes because they think they are to old to do those things. But it has kept them healthy and feeling young. It’s funny because my parents are in better shape then both my brother in laws who are in their 40’s.
OK has no work ethic. Oscar isn’t helpless. He did that gazebo.

My brother sells them. They start off around $2500 the really super fancy ones can get to 7 grand though but people with yards the size of theirs buy the regular ride on's in the "grand" price range. They would look so silly buying one of those zero turn .
