There is no way that scratch is from her nails. Babies' nails are very fine and they can scratch but the scratches are usually very thin and light on the skin. She definitely looks like she was clawed by a dog..... disgusting. Poor E.

Just wanted to say that when I was a baby, I scratched my face hard enough that I STILL have a scar on my cheek from it. It does happen. That being said, I haven't watched the vlog so I have no idea what it looks like

You're right, it's very common for a baby to scratch themselves. And Emilia has sneakily timed it for the exact moment the dogs are put in the car with her so we all blame them. What a little minx!

Good guess! The thing that astounds me is that they never get bored of having the same food over and over again. Surely they would want to try something else for a change. I would be so fed up eating the same dinners repeatedly.

My son scratched his face deeply, but as a newborn when they have no control over their hands really. That's why they recommend scratch mitts - which by the way I never saw Emilia wearing, or mittens out in the cold come to that, but I digress!

She could have done it, but I think it was more likely a dog. They are so cavalier with her safety. I can understand one dog being allowed near her with supervision, but a pack of six is too unpredictable and wild for my liking.

Whether it was Emilia or not, isn't it their responsibility to ensure she doesn't get seriously hurt either by outside sources or self injury? Even if it WAS her, it's still dangerously close to her eye and she's not at an age where she can protect herself in any way. there are definitely things they can use to keep her from scratching herself. Scratch mitts (and I'm sure you can find ones that close or snap on to their clothes so the baby doesn't constantly take them off) or maybe idk CUT HER NAILS once a week.

Those Bayliss sets are for sale in Dunnes Stores and Tesco (popular department stores in Ireland) for approx. 7 euro each so those gifts are nowhere near 25 euro each.
