you just go to the person's post that you wanna say thanks to and click on the little thumbs up beside their post. i believe you have to be logged in to the site for the thumbs up to show up. hope this helps ! im new here too so i hope i quoted this properly!

I don't see a thumbs up symbol. Maybe it doesn't show on the mobile version of the site? That's all I use, the mobile version. Thanks for the help!

I actually just went back to check because I don't really like the mobile version so I haven't used it in a while, but I don't think you actually _can_ thank a post in that version. Instead, just quote the posts you want to thank or vote for and say something like you want to vote for that suggestion and it will be counted as a vote.

If something is shared multiple times, only one thanks from each user is counted. For example, if i "thanked" the original suggestion AND your share, it only counts as one vote, to make sure the tallies are kept fair. But if I shared instead of thanking, it still counts as one vote. Does that makes sense? It is so much easier to understand in my head than it is to explain, lol. Feel free to ask for Clarification of you need it!
