I'm thinking classic names that aren't used a lot but definitely heard of.

victoria alex and alexis are all extremely common names where i’m from... penelope is more unique

Wow Bramty really thinks she's someone giving her kids dumb a** names like that. My jaw literally dropped. Penelope is a nice, not overly common name. But they go all Hollywood inventing names for the twins. They'll regret that like hell one day.
