Not ok on any level
HOW, IN WHAT UNIVERSE, IS THAT OK. But ESPECIALLY in the Mormon world. If some internet creep sent me the heart eyes emoji, and he was my age I would think it was inappropriate. But sending it to young girls who are not legal, who could be your daughter, that is not ok however you spin it.
These people are just like putting make up on a pig, may look pretty for a while but still just a pig once it washes all off. They will never amount to anything other than pigs.
