Anonymity is definitely a word! And I have FOMO too, but I like it here. I just miss some of our sissies.

For him to stay silent and try to make it disappear by deleting anything pertaining to the situation makes him look guilty AF. If he “did nothing wrong “ he sure appears to have a lot to hide. I don’t even know what he could possibly have to talk to them about.

I have preteen sons and I am obsessive about monitoring everything they do online. Every device they have I have access to. They are also taught not to interact with strangers online and if they do by playing live on a video game or what not they are not allowed to give any personal information out. They are also forbidden to friend or follow adults in these games unless we personally know the person.

She was here a month or so ago. With the crazy fires in California and throughout the western U.S. I just assumed she’s been trying to juggle single parenting. Hopefully her husband made it through okay.

Any LDS people here? I’m not but I am part of a church and for years we have had training in kids and young people ministries. With him having younger siblings surely he did some kind of church service with kids being in Utah and not having kids himself until his 30’s. Surely there are some parameters. Which means he is very aware that what he is doing is completely inappropriate.

I’m LDS. His behavior is abhorrent. Missionaries go two by two for a reason. Let’s put it this way: I, as a single woman, can’t have the male missionaries in my home for dinner because there is no other adult male present. It is to protect both me from the appearance of anything sinister and them from anything sinister happening to them. In my congregation that trickles down to everything. Until my daughter turned 18 all contact went through me. Some congregations aren’t quite as strict but the basic guidelines are still the same. Children’s classes are taught by pairs of people for the same reasons. We are taught to be careful about how things could be perceived and to protect the family unit.

Oh yeah, I think you are right. I was in the fb group for a while (actually 2 for a bit) and there was so so much drama (between the two) that I won’t get into. You are missing nothing (if my short experience is representative), and this is definitely the place to be!

Nope. And when I was married my husband would have slept on the couch if he had ever told me how or what to shave, lol. I think the best I can recall being told at church is to look our best.

I’m unsure who it was. I want to say Bumblebee something but maybe not. I wasn’t on the former site that many of the snarky sissies came from, I came later and lurked for months before ever posting. If anyone remembers her and is in contact with her they should tell her to drop by and update us .

Agreed, it was too much for me to handle. And I thought I was as nice as possible but it got ugly. I remember being nervous when I first posted here after all that drama, for fear of being singled out. Who knows, since the group is secret, I very well could have been a topic of conversation at some point, LOL! or even now....
either way.....
I'm glad that didn't happen here because I really like this group. I have no hard feelings for anyone in either group. I do think of several of the ladies and hope they are doing well.
