Elle WAY overuses essential oils. She was on an Instagram story talking about how she took a total of eight drops of essential oil in a cup of tea. And she slathers them all over her body on a daily basis. Just because they're "natural" doesn't mean they're safe for pregnancy. I'm pretty sure ingesting all those oils is actually really dangerous.

Ingesting oils the way she does is totally not good. She has no idea what she’s doing. She thinks an online course by doterra is the same as being a homeopathic doctor. She’s delusional, she is a housewife and needs to leave medicine to the professionals.

I wonder why she has constant migraines?? Maybe drinking oils every day.

I think she’s suffered with migraines long before her use of essential oils. Pregnancy defiantly can increase migraines.

Anyone who suffers with them would kno the agony they cause! It’s not just a headache they can be debilitating.

I get migraines. But I sure as hell wouldn’t be drinking oils while pregnant when I know I’m prone to them.

I know she’s always had migraines but she’s definitely milking it now, she keeps throwing out there that she’s a “chronic pain” sufferer the past week. I feel like she’s jumping on another band wagon. Either she watched Lady Gaga’s documentary on Netflix or she’s piggy backing off of someone else’s YouTube channel who’s been dealing with chronic pain.

I was almost starting to feel bad for her and her migraines but off she goes on another staycation with Dan. I feel like this is the 3rd or 4th in six months.

With how much core work she did between Cohen and this pregnancy, I call complete BS on that "bump".

I’m pretty sure she filmed that bump pic at the end of the day after she ate all that protein bread she posted about on Instagram. That brand of bread causes bloating because of all the fibre they have.

Seems that you were so right! Update today and she's almost back to being flat as a board.

Even with a subsequent pregnancy, I just can't believe she would show THAT much so early. The uterus isn't even grapefruit size yet at ten weeks. An "Oh this is probably mostly bloat so don't get excited!" would go a long way, Elle.

In her vlog a few days ago when she is talking abuot how she's just going to let her body gain the weight it needs... whenever she talks like this it always makes me feel like she has an undiagnosed eating disorder. I understand most women have a less than perfect body image or have something they'd change about themselves but she almost has to talk herself into being ok with gaining weight this pregnancy.

I understand most women have a less than perfect body image or have something they'd change about themselves but she almost has to talk herself into being ok with gaining weight this pregnancy.

I remember when she was pregnant with Cohen she asked for advice on curbing her appetite because she had eaten the allotted amount of calories already for the day based on a certain calculation she used (and it seemed like a fairly low amount for being pregnant, like 1700 or 1800 calories, IIRC). She was refusing to have even a small snack because according to her math she had eaten enough. Like, listen to your body, not some tool, Elle! Eating a piece of fruit or something is not going to make you fat.

I believe she is definitely on the border of disordered eating and or body dysmorphia. There’s a very old YouTube video she made (before being married) where she talks about losing weight and she is a literal beanpole in it. She’s pinching a layer of fat but really it’s just skin.

Her "minimalist" christmas decor tour... nothing about her house is scandinavian/modern/minimalist! Tons of tacky dollar store decor, a cluttered kitchen and too many nick knacks everywhere...

Yeah I don’t buy that she’s a minimalist. Her whole career is getting free crap she doesn’t need and then trying to get us to spend our hard earned money on it. Minimalists probably also don’t do unnecessary kitchen renovations

“Minimalist decor” my a**. She put out like 30 items on display and that doesn’t even include the Christmas tree which I assume she will save for a completely separate vlog since she needs to stretch out her content for vlogmas.

I get having more decor for Christmas since it’s such a major holiday, but I don’t think anyone who has boxes of decorations for autumn and also Valentines Day should be calling themselves a minimalist.

It’s funny how the migraines and nausea aren’t an issue while she has these getaways booked.... but during normal life- can’t vlog, too many migraines!

And did you see it was TWO nights and three days. And then last week or the week before she did a weekend in wine country. I guess since they went to great wolf lodge last week she feels like that’s enough family time for the month. But seriously who “gets away” that often? Right before Christmas to boot.

Probably part of their couples therapy and she must have extra money to burn since I haven’t seen a “giving back” fund update in a long time.

I haven’t heard her mention Randy & Anna’s pregnancy at all, I thought they were close friends. You would think she would have congratulated them at least but I guess that would draw attention away from Elle. She used to mention them all the time but I haven’t heard her mention them in a long time. That couple has gone through so much during their infertility troubles, you would think Elle would have mentioned it.

You’re right. There’s been no talk about giving back at all. I thought she did this channel not as a narcissist (her words) but because she wanted to give back?

In the Christmas tree vlog, Dan is filming them when they’re back home and Elle is in the sofa behind one of her kids (I still don’t know which one is ford and which one is Cohen) and her facial expression was very telling to me. She wasn’t “on” and she just had this very cold facial expression watching her child. Why does this woman want more children and why is she blessed with them so easily? Yes I even mean this last child. I don’t believe that took more than one full year of legit trying.

Anyways it just gave me the sense that there is something seriously phony about her. I passed her once in the mall and this is when I was still a legit “fan” and she was so unapproachable that I didn’t even consider stopping her to say hello.
