I don’t know what she is talking about putting 50% down in another state. Say they get a 250k house. Where is she getting 125k. There is no way even with a Dave Ramsey plan that they have 125k saved.

Even if they lived rent free for as long as he was in the Navy, they still wouldn’t have saved enough for 20% down. They don’t strike me as families with loads of money (except for maybe his Mom?)chloe6124 wrote:I don’t know what she is talking about putting 50% down in another state. Say they get a 250k house. Re: Rachelle, Emma and The Homeschooled Husband | Part 10
If their BAH covered their rent they just used the $1500 for rent some place else like on food, stupid shit from target. Baby clothes. So yeah I don’t buy it. No way any 20 year olds have that much saved unless it was an inheritance or their families are willing to contribute which idk if they are since they paid for their IVF.Ld5 wrote:Even if they lived rent free for as long as he was in the Navy, they still wouldn’t have saved enough for 20% down. He wasn’t in the navy long enough even if it was rent free to save 100k.

Re: Rachelle, Emma and The Homeschooled Husband | Part 10
There is no way they have 100k saved. If they did, why haven't they bought anything yet?
20% down isn't required, especially if they're getting a VA loan.
She just wants to brag and make it seem as if they have all this money laying around. My guess is they haven't bought yet because they can't qualify without verifiable income. She hasn't worked in almost 2 years, and even then, wasn't she only working part time and probably making minimum wage.
He works part-time, but is quitting, or recently did and is going to be in school.
Nobody is buying a house on 185k YouTube subscribers. FOR SURE not in California. Look at Cole and Sav's house, for example. Yes, it's nice. But it's TINY. They have no yard, and their neighbors can probably hear them snoring at night because the houses are so close together. And they have 7.5 MILLION subscribers.
Rachelle is actually delusional.

Re: Rachelle, Emma and The Homeschooled Husband | Part 10
I don’t pay much attention but does she do many sponsorships? I haven’t noticed her doing very many. That’s where the moneys at.
Getting a house on youtube money isn’t a issue if you have been doing it long enough and make enough. But her being in CA so much more of her money goes to taxes then if they lived somewhere else. It’s not like most jobs where you make more because you live in CA.

She also posted about learning about investments... WITH. WHAT. MONEY!
I seriously don’t get her... and people are asking her to show how she budgets.. and she won’t. It’s all a game.

Im sorry but the way they “budget” seriously cant include all the target trips, eating out, “saving for a house”, etcMiloandMax wrote:She does it to sound richer I think.Ld5 wrote:She also posted about learning about investments... WITH. WHAT. MONEY!

I bet she “budgets” his income. Hers i bet she calls that “disposable income” and she spends it as she sees fit, she seems the type to be “his money = our money, my money = my money”.
You can not tell me his minimum wage job is paying for $30 onesies or $15 dummies.

Re: Rachelle, Emma and The Homeschooled Husband | Part 10
Shes such a shitty excuse for a friend. Vlogging about Rachel and Harolds news. Without actually going into detail, just “we dealt with that before too”. And crying about the bloody rainbow song from EMMAS pregnancy, she does a wee “i just miss your sister, she would be one”.... eh?? How does that fit with the rainbow song she played every day for EMMA to kick/move too?? No correlation to Brynn? Shes such an attention grabby clickbaiter. She needs to go to “Clickbait Anonymous”
As for Earls fam, what they are going through is horrible, but why vlog it?? Why is your first instinct to pick up a camera and film?? Im sorry but the person on the other end of the phone was clearly unaware they were being recorded, not to mention vlogging praying... really?? And vlogging again 12hrs later when they still dont know anymore. Why not if you are going to vlog keep the footage and do something in a week or so’s time when you know more. Its very “boy who cried wolf”, i find it really hard to be sympathetic when they are clearly using this as clickbait. Vloggers crave this kind of train wreak (illness, pregnancy, crash, moving house, accidents, etc) its money to them.

PLUS she goes to Starbucks every day. Even though she gets a small drink, it's still $5-6 per day. Maybe more because it's Cali.Haulnarse wrote:Im sorry but the way they “budget” seriously cant include all the target trips, eating out, “saving for a house”, etcMiloandMax wrote:She does it to sound richer I think.Ld5 wrote:She also posted about learning about investments... Not only is that so toxic and unhealthy, it's a huge waste of money.
And she never cooks, so you know they eat out every single day.
So even IF they don't have any debt, they waste a shit ton of money on unnecessary things.
Dave Ramsey who?

1. You should totally add something about Clickbait Anonymous to the title suggestion thread. Perfection! Rachelle changed her upload schedule to match Rachel's, eagerly waiting for something big to come from them so she could try to snag some views, and she wasted ZERO time today throwing up a vlog.Haulnarse wrote:Shes such a shitty excuse for a friend. 2. YES on Earl's Fam, we talked about that last night, too. I was disgusted that they not only vlogged about it, but placed ads. Some things just need to remain private. Have some self respect.

I literally know nothing about Rachel and better-looking-Justin, so I could be waaay off here. But is it true that they don't take their YT money for themselves? Like they donate it or something? I thought I remember reading that. Sorry if I'm wrong.

Even if thats true that they donate their youtube money, they are still vlogging hoping to catch a good story to get the cash. Id never trust any vlogger who says they donate to charity- without actually seeing the receipts and proof. Not saying they don’t, but i bet dc is an expensive city to live in with one income and nearly two kidslavenderlove wrote:I literally know nothing about Rachel and better-looking-Justin, so I could be waaay off here. Supposedly. I don't follow them and have only seen a few of their videos since their names came up because of Rachelle and Justin.lavenderlove wrote:I literally know nothing about Rachel and better-looking-Justin, so I could be waaay off here. Even if they're giving it all to charity, they're still profiting. They also get sponsorships.

Do y’all think she only mentioned Brynn to get the spotlight back on her with what the Earls fam is going through? That would be sick of her but I wouldn’t put it past her.leeiacoccapuffs wrote:1. Re: Rachelle, Emma and The Homeschooled Husband | Part 10
Well he’s military so they get housing allowance that probably covers their entire rent and possibly more if they’re renting under budget. I’m not saying they donate every penny but I’m sure a large chunk goes to their foundation or whatever it is. Plus now she’s doing Little Leo Co. and starting a shop/designing. So who knows what’s really going on in the background but the fact that they’d put THREE adds in that short of a video is gross...Haulnarse wrote:Even if thats true that they donate their youtube money, they are still vlogging hoping to catch a good story to get the cash.
