I don't have a Twitter account, so it would look suspicious if I created one and asked to follow her.

Rachelle honestly thinks she can do no wrong. It's obvious she was never told "no" growing up. She controls Justin, he would never dare try to challenge her on anything. She doesn't think about how her actions can actually harm her baby. She just thinks since she's always wanted to be a Mom and has some exeprience with young children, it magically makes her perfect and all knowing.
Her blatant disregard for any criticism shows just how immature, insecure and narcasstic she truly is.
Justin is an idiot and doesn't know anything about kids. They've man-handled that poor baby since the moment she was born, and Rachelle treats her like a prop.
