A lot of adults don’t seem to get that. I’ve seen a fair few YouTubers with low clips and lose straps as well.
We don’t have chest clips over here, but you’d think the name would be a huge clue to anyone with half a brain.

Its insane how many people don't know proper car seat safety. I'm guessing car seats were different when I was a baby but I've even had to school my own mother on properly placing the chest clip when strapping in my daughter lol She had no clue.

This is what baffles me. The only comments I've read during the engagement buzz were that people thought the video was very nicely done and that they were happy for them because, believe it or not, engagements aren't meant to be happy times.
You "buzzkill bitter Debbie Downers" chose to equate those comments with everyone now being a minion, ass lickers or being down on our knees in amazement.
I didn't see anyone claim that they now love Kyra or that Oscar is such an amazing guy or that there are no better parents than them! People are appreciating better videos and a step in the right direction when it comes to parenting.
If were not picking apart every aspect of OK's life than this thread is "no longer a snark page" or "maybe we should move to the youtube comment section". And it's funny because it's literally the same handful of people every single time writing those comments when the majority of posters start disagreeing with them. You bunch need to find a little happiness in your life if a few nice comments about some internet family sends you into a rage.

It is hilarious to me that you clearly pay so much attention to notice all my comments except those that I did and didn't say. First off, I kept my mouth shut for the first two days I think after the engagement. I didn't comment on here at all as everyone was excited and happy. Then someone mentioned me and i replied to that and in that comment i mentioned that the video was pretty and very well done. But because how the engagement has passed and the period of praise for every comment has worn off we are back to this shit.

You all are as bad as these youtubers like Keren claiming people are just jealous, we must just be bitter. No, not the case. A fucking engagement that was staged from start to finish does not make me all the sudden find them to be totally different people that I originally did.

So again, honest question. Why don't the people who are so triggered by us "bitter" bitches place us on ignore so we don't drag them down?

I don’t know if anybody is getting the annoyed vibe about the engagement. I’m happy for the two of them and how their relationship improved, however I felt like they’re going back to their old ways slowly. I hope not for them. I had a feeling that Kyra only wanted the ring and the marriage status so people won’t look at her like a shit show or desperate. She begged and begged for years towards Oscar about it and it seems annoying to me that now she acted she was shocked about it even though she “knew” it was going to happen.

Miss a a day or two and come back to chaos lol They are riding the engagement train for as long as it brings in the views and then they will move on to something else. My guess it will be the name reveal for the new baby. They are already back to the sporadic uploading and slapped together vlogs. If they are smart they will capitalize on it and start showing the wedding planning and shopping.

See that is the thing. I am not "angry" that people think they're doing better.

I have noticed positives. Such as the Video being pretty. I think Kyra did really great with the Elf on the Shelf. Best of any youtuber mom I have seen trying. I agreed that they have been better since the hoard of live in help has left.

Part of it is just the way I speak, I have been told I speak the same in real life as I do online and some times that doesn't transfer to online well. I do get highly annoyed at the one poster who anytime anyone comments she acts like she has personal insider information and you're wrong. I can see now why she has been reported so many times. I choose to just block her after I couldn't make it through any of the people I followed without constantly being to told my thoughts on the topic were wrong because she knows.

Right?! I understand things have progressed like crazy in the car seat safety category over the last 1 or 2 decades but it’s such an important thing to keep up on as a parent and even as a relative. Chest clip is just one thing that sets me off really easily cause it’s so obvious lol. But for example my parents used to give me crap that my son didn’t have a big puffy coat on until I taught them about how it’s a danger in car seats and now they don’t give me any crap for it and my mom has actually spread the knowledge. It’s something that needs to be talked about more I guess.

It's just so hard for me to believe that Oscar told Kyra to go get her nails done "just because he knew shed want her nails to look nice in all the ring photos" or whatever she was saying. Honestly what dude would EVER EVER think of that as a part of a proposal. I guess maybe Kyra mentioned it to him in the past or something but to me I am beginning to feel like this ENTIRE thing was 100% staged including that video she made leading up.

How about everyone grow up and act like a adult instead of being rude to each other. We all have different opinions. That’s what makes the world a better place. And if someone disagrees that doesn’t mean your opinion is wrong either. Everyone thinks differently.

Being happy for ok doesn’t translate that we think they are god now and can do no wrong.

Just like every parent they will make mistakes. All parents do. It’s how you learn from them.
