If her doctor isn't worried then she should be looking for another dr asap. She has pregnancy complications in her history, preterm labor in her history and was in the ER for early contractions. I'm not a medical professional, but given her history, her symptoms now, and the fact that she needed progesterone with Alaya's pregnancy, she should have asked for it from the moment she got a positive test.

Well true. But we aren’t her doctor. We are just sitting here on the Internet assuming a lot of things. The doctor is the one that has examined her. Like I said if the doctor had said she needs to be on it then she is dumb.

Ummmm..... excuse me? You can drop 10's of thousands on complete materialistic BS, but you can't pay for a bottle of pills that might SAVE your baby?

Ok.
I'm a little late but this!! Apprently cars houses, rings and material things are more important then her baby. What happens if she has the baby early and that baby has to be in the nicu I betcha ya that will cost twice as much as those shots. I'm sorry this is what bugs me about YouTubers!!

Not only that but they mention she would be taking them if not for insurance issues. So ummm she clearly knows she should be taking them and isn't making her an idiot.

Well it's not really assuming when it is said in the video that she should be taking them but isn't. That was what was said. Point blank.

Just to clear things up:

Krya: I'm supposed to be taking progesterone, but bc of insurance stuff I'm not yet taking progesterone and so...
Oscar: And we are worried about that...
Krya: I feel like that's why i'm extra paranoid about it.

So facts are, she knows she should be on it, has been told to take it, but has not bc of insurance matters. But won't pay out of pocket for it, even though she is very worried and paranoid about what might happen bc she is not taking the medication she knows she needs. That's some shitty ass mothering. We all know they have the money to get the meds, they just refuse. Hell, they probably just sent upwards of ten grand on a "proposal", but wont spend money on meds that could potentially save her baby and her own life.

Well hopefully this scare will make her realize she needs to be on it.

There are a lot of young people who are very lax with health insurance. Hey think they are young and healthy they will never get sick and don’t need it.

I'd rather pay for it through taxes that I barely notice coming off my pay rather than trying to fork over 5 to 11 grand when it comes times to have a baby.
I am the opposite. I work for my money so it’s my money to decide where I want to spend it. In my opinion its not the governments job to confiscate my money. I know better what to use my money for. But to each there own.

Hold on, I'm sure you've said before you don't work because you're severely disabled?

I live in a place with free healthcare too and one of the best in the world at that. It's a relief to know that if I have an emergency I can go to the hospital and get treatment and not have to worry about how to pay for it.

Kyra specifically says she is supposed to be on it! What more proof do you need of her stupidity. The risks have obviously been explained to her either recently or with her past pregnancies.

Kyra often acts plain dumb about many things. She plays the airhead and acts like she doesn't know certain basic principles. But this is not the case here. She very obviously explains and understands the risk but doesn't give a f enough to be an adult and deal with the issues. A doctor can only do so much. The doctor can't force her to take it.

I have a college degree and worked for over 20 years even with my disability. Five years ago I got very sick and ended up in the hospital for 3 months. I was never able to return to work because my disability got worse plus could no longer drive.

I agree. It seems like a lot of young people have this attitude when it comes to insurance. There are a lot of young people who think they don’t need it because they are young and healthy and nothing bad will happen to them. I have known so many young people that just don’t want to spend money on insurance and medical things.

Haven’t you said you’re disabled? What happens if your disability prevents you from working? You’d need to go on disability, which comes from taxes... so maybe you should reconsider your stance on the situation Chloe. I would much rather pay a little higher in taxes if it means life or death for people who need medical help etc. I personally think people who would rather watch people struggle rather than help them if they can are very selfish. But to each THEIR own;)

If I want to help people I would rather do that on my own. I am better at doing that then any government. They waste to much money. Don’t assume if the government isn’t taking it people don’t help others.

Was never able to return to work so am on disability. I worked for twenty years so I am just getting back money I put in because I had work credits. I have very good insurance with a Medicare advantage plan.
