I know any work experience is better than none but for all of her adulthood (if you want to call it that) Haylee has mostly just been a stay at home mom who works a couple times a week, which isn't realistic or sustainable for a single parent. If I was her I would be using this time to figure out a long term plan that isn't youtube.

Accidentally thanked your post. Anyways, how can someone be a sahm AND a working mom? If she works a couple times a week then she is a working mom. Even if it’s part time.

The key word is mostly. She used to be (might still be, idk since she never really mentions work anymore) home with Hazzel 5 days a week. That’s a huge luxury, most working moms do the opposite and are only home for 2. Not saying it's a bad thing for her to have done, just saying it would be very hard to live off now as a single parent especially if/when youtube ends.

Ah ok, well that makes more sense. Well I won’t judge her for how much she worked when she was married and living with randy, that’s one of the benefits of living in a 2 parent household. Now that she’s single she will need to either work more or dedicate more time to YT.

Wasn’t she only working like 9-2 or 10-2, something like that? I remember she would get ready after she took Hazzel to the bus stop and would get off before Hazzel got home so she couldn’t have been at work for all that long. Was she even working during the summer?

I wondered what hours she was working too, because she did a lot during the hours hazel was in school, including going to work. It’s nice to be able to do that. I worked part time during the school day when my kid was in elementary school. I work full time now that he’s older, but it’s good to be home when your kids are little, if you can!

I agree that they baby and spoil Hazzel. However, I think there are several ‘reasons’ why, mainly that Hazzel was quite a sickly baby, and the time around her birth and infancy was quite traumatic. I also think that it’s likely that Haylee is so soft on her, not necessarily because she wants to be liked, but more likely because of her relationship with her own mother, and the fact that her mother killed herself. When someone close to you goes through something like that, it can make you hypersensitive

How was Hazzel sickly? I don’t remember any serious medical problems. She had the neck thing which they fixed and the slight kidney issues but was always lively and never super ill or anything that I know of.

Hazzel actually had a ton of issues. She had a really hard time gaining weight and was on medication for it. I believe her kidneys didn’t function fully when she was about.. 2-3. I can try and find a video.

She has a few Update Videos/ Going to the doctor videos.
I didn’t want to watch them all but I did go through some of the comments. There was several comments about CF, auto immune, and thyroid problems. Also, she lost a decent amount of hair at one point.

I wonder if she could actually successfully do a no spend month where you spend on nothing but necessities (more toys for Hazzel when she already has 10,000 would not count as a necessity). It’s good that she’s going to try though.

The Targets in our area no longer carry posters so maybe she can do it!
People wouldn’t have to do “no buys” if they managed their money and bought what they actually needed and would use/wear.

I really wonder how well her financial plan is going to work without her uploading. I’m assuming she was counting YouTube $$ since she said she was going to be more consistent and has sponsorships set up. Since then she’s done one sponsorship and has only uploaded 17 times since then. Considering it was the holidays and 2 months ago.

The Randy situation is weird. She made most of her followers hate him with her tweets (not that anyone had particularly liked him in the first place), alluded to a lot of shitty stuff that he did and now wants to have him happily frolicking in the background of the videos. It feels fake and like she's STILL trying to put on a show of happy "family".

OR their working on their relationship and possibly may be getting back together?

I don’t know, I’m all for Hazzel having a relationship with Randy but it doesn’t seem like Randy wants it. Why not invite Hazzel over for dinner? Have her over for the weekend and give Haylee a break. Pick her up from school and take her to the park. Something aside from her going over there when Haylee needs the internet.

I know we don’t see everything and he very well could be more involved than I think but based on Haylee’s responses to questions I don’t think so.

I agree Haylee is still in denial and trying to play happy family. She got knocked up by a deadbeat who named their child after the devil, married some other guy for barely two years and now has her kid thinking the wrong one is her father. She answered a comment asking if they were getting back together by saying no and that Randy came on the walk with them because "it was what Hazzel wanted".

I agree this thing with Randy is weird. The whole not divorcing yet thing, the fact she goes round to the house all the time, randy still popping up in videos. It has been barely six months since they split.

Part of me is wondering whether having randy in this most recent video (and another upcoming video judging by her Instagram stories the other day) is testing the waters of her audiences reaction to him in case they do get back together. There's absolutely no reason for him to be in videos.

Maybe after he had his car accident they're trying to work things out? Who knows. Not like she'll come out and be real about it anyway.

If that’s really what Hazzel wanted then Haylee shouldn’t have filmed it.
My parents split up when I was Hazzel’s age. They fought a lot, it was really unhealthy and I couldn’t even imagine wanting them in the same room let alone going on a family walk. If it was as bad as Haylee claims I don’t think Hazzel would be very vocal about them going on a walk together.
