8 Passengers: No Rules & Private Schools | Part 9
Re: 8 Passengers: No Rules & Private Schools | Part 9
Disgusting how she exploits her 5 year old like that a child that has no privacy over 2 million plus viewing it ,and Julie makes a turn as soon as she detects the camera.I wish I lived in the states to bring a law against these youtube monster moms in Europe for filming a child in that compromising position you woul get 7 years in jail! Disgusted at Kevin too because he is educated yet sits back and lets his little baby girl be viewed like that by millions! The stress they must feel living in that house and not knowing when that camera will be shoved in their face while they awake or going about their day. I wish one of you out there push for a law to stop these youtube children from exploitation.
Re: 8 Passengers: No Rules & Private Schools | Part 9
Rubella is definitely showing signs of a Munchausen by proxy mom,no matter how hut the kids are psychologically as long as she is getting all the attention same goes for Bonniella
Re: 8 Passengers: No Rules & Private Schools | Part 9
And the book is not about how great her children are eating up weak other children but about her and how amazing she is ,well Rubella if you were so amazing you would not pick on weak kids Would you now, move on lady get an education and mature a bit ,you are comical to a criminal degree!

Re: 8 Passengers: No Rules & Private Schools | Part 9
I can't believe viewers have to send them cold sore medication. Are they afraid of doctors, too cheap for health care, or just too lazy? All the Mormon vloggers seem to have a problem, but Ruby is the only one that doesn't keep her kids vaccinated or take her 6 kids for several years (including a toddler).....or at least makes a point of telling us.
Also, what kind of relationship does she have with the kids, that Julie only has sandals to wear in the snow, and Ruby doesn't know (or seem to care)?

Also, on the book announcement vlog, she was talking so slowly and carefully, it was painful. Usually it is a sign of deception, but it could be a sign of intellect here?
Anyways, at 9:24 Ruby says: "my kids are really excited too, that THEIR first draft is done".....if her grammar is accurate, that would mean either she made the kids write it, or someone else (ghost writer) wrote the first draft.
I am leaning towards deception and ghost writers, although it is funny to think she forced her kids into a writing workshop every day after school and on weekends. Accidentally saying "THEIR" first draft instead of "MY","THE" or even "A" first draft, is a huge cognitive error. Especially for something she claims took the last 1.5 yrs of her life.....

eve was “too old” to throw a fit like a baby but she wasn’t too old to suck on a pacifier a few vlogs back. She’s seriously confusing this child. One day it’s okay to act like a baby the next day it’s not? Is this the “choosing my battles” parenting she was talking about?

Re: 8 Passengers: No Rules & Private Schools | Part 9
It seems like since the book announcement, she feels pressure to present herself a certain way. Like getting dressed with age appropriate makeup/hair for once, and attempting to parent her kids. Or maybe the loads of critical comments have finally gotten to her....Happy Mommy 319 wrote: ↑Fri Jan 18, 2019 10:23 am eve was “too old” to throw a fit like a baby but she wasn’t too old to suck on a pacifier a few vlogs back. I saw that post on IG about her making an egg for Chad but this site was down. I’m so happy other people are commenting on it because it really confused the hell out of me. Like what does making your kid an egg have to do with being powerful?? I really REALLY feel like something is wrong with this woman. I’m not trying to diagnose or anything but something is seriously off with her. I don’t know if she has a mental disorder, brain injury, whatever, but something seems wrong. I’m not trying to be snarky. Maybe she’s just really delusional/not bright but idk. Does anyone else feel like something is seriously wrong with her?!

Yes, I do. I think it's a case of being sheltered and having to live clean so she doesn't have a taste of reality or the real world. She is bringing her kids up the same so they are clueless to the real world and will be as dumb and clueless as she is. The control she has over those kids as well is showing what a control freak she is. Having passwords for laptops and locking electronics in the safe because they had unclean people they were following on Instagram is pretty controlling . I'm really interested to see what they think is unclean. I think it's simple things like the lgbt community or reading the news about life or maybe tattos and relationships for their friends are in. She seems to want to keep anything like That out of her house and away from the kids which is really bad for them. Wouldn't surprise me if Sheri isn't allowed to go to college and live in because she will be subjected to an unclean life. Is this normal for Mormons to be so obsessed with this word unclean and what does it actually mean to them? To me it means my house is messy or I haven't showered nothing else. I'm not religious in anyway so wouldn't have a clue what's unclean in any religion.Elah_w wrote: ↑Sat Jan 19, 2019 12:02 am I saw that post on IG about her making an egg for Chad but this site was down. No one grows tha fast Ruby! Your excuse that you have no idea your child has to wear sandals in winter is again laughable, now stop at a gas station and note down how you are mother of the year!
Re: 8 Passengers: No Rules & Private Schools | Part 9
Pretty sure the “unclean” thing is sex outside of marriage and doing drugs or booze. You can throw dressing risqué, rated R movies and vulgar music. The thing is is that stuff is everywhere and you can’t shelter your kids from it. She’s stupid to think she can. They just need to teach them right from wrong and hope they make good choices. I feel bad for the kids..like if they stray from the path and want to actually talk to their parents..they can’t for fear of being judged or shunned. Let me tell you, there’s nothing more important than keeping open communication with your kids. I feel like they are afraid of her. Very sad
Re: 8 Passengers: No Rules & Private Schools | Part 9
I guess Utah Mormons are much more strict than the Mormons I know. I grew up in Southern California and there were a decent amount of Mormon kids I went to school with. Not a ton, but more than people would probably expect. The thing is I didn’t even know a lot of these families were Mormon for a long time. They definitely weren’t as strict as this family or other ones on YouTube from Utah. One of my husbands best friends has a Mormon family but his friend decided it wasn’t for him. And his brother is gay. The parents are totally fine and accepting of both. I could not see most of these YouTube Mormon families being ok with that.
This is kind of random, but like all the Mormon kids I grew up with were in swimming/water polo. Is that the case other places? I don’t know if that’s a Mormon thing or maybe it was just where I grew up lol. Maybe the coach was Mormon or something... not sure.

Re: 8 Passengers: No Rules & Private Schools | Part 9
Ruby is a stay at home mom yet didn't wake up to fix breakfast for her kids before going to school-wow! Yesterday Jackson is fixing Calvin's bowl of cereal. These sisters are something else!
Re: 8 Passengers: No Rules & Private Schools | Part 9
Not waking up to make breakfast for your kids is one thing (which I don't understand), but not waking up on your daughters birthday to wish her a happy birthday and see her off to school is just really really sad. It acutally makes me angry. I didn't/don't have an easy relationship with my mother, but no matter how little she slept, how much she argued with my Dad, how much stress she had or whatever, she certainly always was up before us on our birthdays. As was my Dad.sheltiefan wrote: ↑Sat Jan 19, 2019 10:50 am Ruby is a stay at home mom yet didn't wake up to fix breakfast for her kids before going to school-wow! Plus: She knows for one year that the birthday is coming and some of the presents are still on their way to them and she hopes they get there before Julie comes home from school? Couldn't they be ordered just a couple of days earlier? Seeing all of this, I'm soooo extremely thankful for the caring parents I have.
Re: 8 Passengers: No Rules & Private Schools | Part 9
My daughter would have been devastated if I hadn't of been up on her birthday before school. But then again I'm always up first to get her sorted for school and she is only 6 months younger than Julie. I couldn't imagine leaving her to do it all on her own. She gets herself ready and helps herself to breakfast but we always sit together and have a chat before she goes of to school and I make sure she has done the basics like teeth, hair and washed. Ruby has a very lazy way of parenting her kids. The kids fend for themselves and if they don't they go without. That's not the way it should be. You parent them for as long as you can because I know when mine hits teens she won't want that from me so I'm making the most of it.LilaRose wrote: ↑Sat Jan 19, 2019 11:35 amNot waking up to make breakfast for your kids is one thing (which I don't understand), but not waking up on your daughters birthday to wish her a happy birthday and see her off to school is just really really sad. This ignorant self proclaimed mother of the year needs to stop sleeping away and get up and take Abby to an orthopaedist and not excuse away a pain of level 10 according to the child as growing pains. It could be anything but I had two students with knee cancer that suffered unexplained excruciating pain! You do not brush everything aside as growing pains! Hope she has the tiniest sense and takes in the child for a check up!

My kids' stepbrother had bone cancer, and the only symptom was leg pain. Growing pains do exist, but if they don't go away, you gotta get it checked. We were lucky with my kids' stepbrother. He's 6 years out now, with no recurrence or mets. But if his mom hadn't listened to him, it could have been worse than it was (and it was pretty awful even though he's cured).endof wrote:This ignorant self proclaimed mother of the year needs to stop sleeping away and get up and take Abby to an orthopaedist and not excuse away a pain of level 10 according to the child as growing pains. When I was Abbys age my hip was slowly breaking. Well not really slowly they had to do emergency surgery on me a couple days later to prevent me from breaking my hip and never growing properly.lmmomSD wrote:My kids' stepbrother had bone cancer, and the only symptom was leg pain. I don't know if we could have gone to the doctors earlier but I know I have a fairly high pain tolerance and my mom was/is never really worried. Neither am I, so who knows how long I had been walking around like that. A couple days/weeks later though and one leg would be way shorter than the other by one, making it in possible to walk.

Re: 8 Passengers: No Rules & Private Schools | Part 9
The only person to say Happy Birthday to Julie that morning was Abby and maybe Russel.
Re: 8 Passengers: No Rules & Private Schools | Part 9
Did anyone notice Shari jumping in to say she was the same shoe size as Julie as she opened one of her presents (a much needed new pair of shoes). I cannot stand Shari for several reasons but her need to be the center of attention constantly is one of them.
