I don't believe for a second "house stress" is why she's not pregnant yet. That's just dumb. Didn't she get knocked up with June in the van that broke down every single day? I think that would be more stressful. LOL

They must be paying very little to get this house if they have enough $$$$ to immediately start decorating June's room. When I bought my first house I changed things slowly—and didn't get too trendy!

Also, Kelsey should probably stick to neutral themes, colors. What if their next kid is a boy. He's going to be sharing a twinkle light and wallpapered fairy room with his sister? Personally, their woodland creatures theme in Portland would be perfectly fine and they already have stuff for that theme.

Or...maybe Corbin's parents are paying for all of this stuff too??!
The funny part about this is that Corbin DOES NOT want another girl, but he's ok with her decorating this shared space for two girls?? LOL!

I love how everything to kelsey is "vintagy"!! I don't even know how to make fun of her for that. I just shake my head. Vintagy. Ugh.

Somone needs to tell this girl houses don’t pay for themselves nor expenses! Her mind is constantly how she can go off and spend money on sth! She wants a vintage room and turns and tells June but we got you a bed! Which one the one they salvaged from the trash? Seriously get it together both of you ,you are not like other successful youtubers to do that! I can totally see them running up high bills and then filing for bankruptcy! You need viewers you moronics make content for viewing you lazy nothings!

It's why they have zero friends. Corbin has a garbage personality of try hard douchebag with anger problems. He acts like a petulant child when things don't go his way. Kelsey is a doormat with annoying eating and mouth habits. She says she likes something, Corbin says no and so she changes her mind to not like it too. They're both useless.

Still think there’s more to this whole house thing. Are they expecting the seller to pay for some upgrades to the electrical so they can do their job??? That’d be a huge no if I were the sellers.
That was confusing, but I think Kelsey meant they will be adding some things once they move in. Or it's something super simple like changing some outlets to include USB chargers. I don't think they are all that knowledgeable about house things, so to them that might seem complicated. I changed out several regular outlets a few years ago with the dual USB ones and it took maybe two hours tops and it's not expensive.

I'm not sure what else they'd be talking about regarding updates for their "job." Fiber optic lines? Hardwired ethernet ports? They really don't need those things for their little channel.
New houses usually have a tripple phase board to hold up large amount of current coming from different areas, old houses have mono phases which means if they are lazying around the computer all day while june is left for the TV to babysit and their gianormous fridge is plugged in and Kels needs to make beetroots then there is a chance the main will fail!

I still can't believe they have that awful Birth Vlog thumbnail where it looks like Kelsey had a stroke. That is the most unflattering thumbnail I have EVER seen.

They say they’re going away to some festival. It’s going to be too cold for Paris so they take him to Kelsey’s mom’s house...then they show themselves at the snow and they’ve got the dog with them!!!! What? So desperate for something to have in the vlog to draw it out that they leave the dog stuff in. It only makes them look like more idiotic than they are.

The sped up driving went went on for too long. It was sickening (literally). Why didn’t they show the moose? They had the camera.

Hahaha Corbin is such an idiot! They still haven’t heard about the appraisal and he says that it could be from the government shutdown. I really don’t think so. I think part of the problem is them and their lack of money and whatever part his parents are plAying in this.

Yeah, that part was pretty dumb. Not sure how the government shutdown has anything to do with them buying a house. They don’t work federal jobs nor do the people doing the appraisal.

He's a dumbass. The appraisal has nothing to do with the government... Appraisers are mostly independent contractors that work for or with the agents selling the home. Even if they were buying a HUD home (which if they are telling the truth about the seller and all that jazz, it's not a HUD home) there might be some delays in processing time but the appraisers are also independent contractors to HUD and are still working. If they are trying to get an FHA loan they might have a few delays but it wouldnt have anything to do with the appraisal getting done and more about things getting processed. But i have no idea if the house would even qualify for FHA without knowing exactly what home they are looking for. IF they are going FHA the house would have to be approved by a HUD appraiser, and if the electric isn't up to code? They will be denied the loan, which could be the whole issue with the seller upgrading the electrical work. If thats the case then the appraisal is getting held off until the repairs needed to pass inspection are done.

So does their mention of the government shutdown affecting their house purchase confirm that they plan to use an FHA loan? They could qualify for an FHA loan with as little as 3.5% down and a credit score of 580, which is borderline poor/fair, so not out of the realm of possibilities. It’s still a terrible idea, they’re paying PMI on top of it and they’re going to have next to no equity. The fact that they think the appraisal is the last step is laughable. Still no mention of the underwriting process, they really are clueless.

The clip at Kelsey's mom's house (where they said Paris wasn't going with them) and the actual trip to the snow are different days...or Kelsey changed her outfit. They were headed to the McCall Winter Festival, so I don't know why they didn't know the dates of the event. I thought they were more organized now. LOL!

I agree that Corbin is a moron and the shutdown wouldn't have an affect on them at all unless they had a USDA mortgage, which I'm sure they don't. He just likes to make everything about HIM! As someone who briefly worked in news, he should know how to get information...I'm guessing he was shitty at his job.

I think you mean FHA loan, idk about the specific area their home is in but idk if Boise is in the eligibility area for USDA.. that's more for rural development.

Not to mention that the house has to pass certain standards to qualify. most "fixer uppers" won't go FHA
