I meant USDA because those were the only mortgages that were actually affected by the shutdown. Like I said, Corbin just likes to make things about himself. He puts himself into ALL big news topics for all the wrong, stupid reasons. He made a big deal about voting in 2016 and didn't even vote (because he wasn't even registered!).Playsinrain wrote: ↑Fri Jan 25, 2019 10:35 amI think you mean FHA loan, idk about the specific area their home is in but idk if Boise is in the eligibility area for USDA.. that's more for rural development.ewokfan11 wrote: ↑Fri Jan 25, 2019 10:19 am The clip at Kelsey's mom's house (where they said Paris wasn't going with them) and the actual trip to the snow are different days...or Kelsey changed her outfit. They were headed to the McCall Winter Festival, so I don't know why they didn't know the dates of the event. I thought they were more organized now. LOL!
I agree that Corbin is a moron and the shutdown wouldn't have an affect on them at all unless they had a USDA mortgage, which I'm sure they don't. He just likes to make everything about HIM! As someone who briefly worked in news, he should know how to get information...I'm guessing he was shitty at his job.
I wasn't actually thinking they were getting a USDA mortgage...but, FYI, the Boise area is pretty rural and extremely isolated. The closest big cities are SLC (5 hours aways) and Portland (7 hours away). I think they are going to get bored AF there and regret moving back to Idaho. It's also going to be more expensive for them to travel because Boise isn't a hub airport.
