Its what happens when you have kids for money and views..DoodleBop2 wrote: ↑Mon Jan 28, 2019 12:13 pm Brit said she was real always real -but- apparently, she was NEVER happy and what she showed with Ean was presented in a way to put it in the best possible light. [I'm paraphrasing here] If that is true and she was putting things into the best possible light [all those years of fake happiness and fake Ean being an involved Dad\providing for the family] then why didn't she also pretend she was a better mom? Why would you go through all the effort to show the guy you apparently never loved *cough* and continued to get pregnant by *cough* in such a positive light while your stellar parenting is iPad time, more iPad time, complaining when kids stand up in the cart when you didn't buckle them or they make any noise.
You'd think the master plan would have included making herself look better.

Re: BritneyandBruises: Parenting Optional (Part 59)
When I worked my accounting job years ago. We got a weeks paid vacation plus 5 sick days a year. We were allowed to use them any way we wished. The only thing was when they were gone they were gone and unpaid time was not looked kindly on. Before I had to leave that job I had four weeks paid vacation and five sick days because I worked there almost 20 years. If we had a doctors appointment or had to take a child to a appointment we could either leave for the appointment and come back then make time up during the week. Or we could just take the day off and use a vacation or sick day.
I realize that is probably uncommon but there are jobs like that. Any employer that wouldn’t let you go to a child’s appointment who is disabled is not one I would want to work for.

I don't live in the US but i have a friend that's there and she's telling me how lucky I am to live where I am because I'm an accountant (in big ass structures so management is a bitch) and I have 5 weeks off a year. I was lucky to have saved a lot of them (no kids, pretty good health back then) but currently I'm on paid sick leave and I can't work (been off since Friday will be back Monday). Based on what i understood y'all Americans have no luck with your health plans.chloe6124 wrote: ↑Mon Jan 28, 2019 2:33 pm When I worked my accounting job years ago. BritneyandBruises: Parenting Optional (Part 59)
I think my health plan I had when I was working and now is very good. I can’t complain about only having to pay 3k on a half million dollar surgery and a three month hospital stay.tea_spiller wrote:I don't live in the US but i have a friend that's there and she's telling me how lucky I am to live where I am because I'm an accountant (in big ass structures so management is a bitch) and I have 5 weeks off a year. I hope your feeling better soon. I could barely use all the paid time I had. I was always forced to use a lot of it at the end of the year.

People, even more so people with dependents, cannot be that choosy about work. You cannot wait around to get a job with an amazing company with unlimited amounts of time off or using your holidays for sick days etc. Real world you take the job you can because you need to have a job.

Re: BritneyandBruises: Parenting Optional (Part 59)
I agree with that also. You would think if your child was disabled there would be some recourse if they wouldn’t let you off. But I get it people don’t have the money to fight something like that. Then if they speak up they could lose their job.DoodleBop2 wrote:People, even more so people with dependents, cannot be that choosy about work. If Ean is still doing one of the two jobs he had when he was with her I can imagine he would need lots of advance notice of a appointment.

One of the things that makes disability advocacy hard is that often times the people in the trenches are too tired or don't have the time or resources to make changes.chloe6124 wrote: ↑Mon Jan 28, 2019 3:17 pmI agree with that also. Re: BritneyandBruises: Parenting Optional (Part 59)
This!!! So many people work for corporations that unfortunately don’t give a shit about their employees. It’s more important for ean to make money to support his children than for him to be able to make a doctor’s appointment. He doesn’t have any degrees (that we know of) so he probably has to take what he can get...DoodleBop2 wrote:People, even more so people with dependents, cannot be that choosy about work. And most of these appointments aren’t giving answers anyway since there is no cure for Nolan. They’re important but as long as he has one of his guardians there it really shouldn’t be a big deal.

I know for a fact that Walmart is an ass when it comes to their employees missing work for any reason. I know a lady that has worked for Walmart for 28 years and recently went through hell with them bc she had to have surgery. She missed 2 weeks of work and they cut her hours back to nothing trying to make her quit. They couldn’t terminate her so they cut her hours. She had used all of her person time before the surgery bc she had been so ill. This happens a lot this country. It is unfair, but they don’t care.

Re: BritneyandBruises: Parenting Optional (Part 59)
A lot of companies are like this. Full time they have to give benefits so many places cap most of their employees right under the limit like 30 hr\week. So no benefits. No sick days. Nothing. If you miss a day they'll punish you with few hours for weeks.MommaOfThree wrote: ↑Mon Jan 28, 2019 6:27 pm I know for a fact that Walmart is an ass when it comes to their employees missing work for any reason. Re: BritneyandBruises: Parenting Optional (Part 59)
New vlog coming soon apparently, which I’m sure will be yet another sponsored snooze fest. Also, in her insta stories Nolan is yet again sitting in that W position. Honestly, if this is what they are ignorant enough to post publicly I can only imagine what those poor kids endure without a camera in their face.

Re: BritneyandBruises: Parenting Optional (Part 59)
I saw it upload it was called am I getting induced? It started with her laying on her back in what looks like the doctors office. So, why did she take it off YouTube?

Well... obviously it was nothing worth while watching.
Why delete something so innocuous (that means something that's not harmful Brit ya dumbass).

Re: BritneyandBruises: Parenting Optional (Part 59)
It was just boring. Frank gets a month off work for Scarlett. It was clickbait. Basically saying what everyone knows that they won’t induce her until she is like 7 days overdue.

Re: BritneyandBruises: Parenting Optional (Part 59)
I got part way through before giving up on the vlog, however I had noticed the nip slip at the start during her shampoo sponsorship... but honestly, I thought it was just a freckle/ skin tag type thing based on the angle of the shot. I guess she won't be trusting Frank to film her in the shower again any time soon!booboo2017 wrote: ↑Mon Jan 28, 2019 8:32 pm She said she re uploaded because of a nip slip.
