BritneyandBruises: Parenting Optional (Part 59)
Re: BritneyandBruises: Parenting Optional (Part 59)
How can you film and edit a video of yourself, make sure it’s up to the standards necessary for the sponsorship that’s included (possibly letting the company view it before publishing...I know this happens sometimes), and then upload it to YouTube for the whole world to see without noticing a nip slip???

Or wear a strapless bra or bikini something if your filming...

Because it got brought up again.
I get 3 sick days a rolling year. So if my first sick day is say Feb 2, I have 2 days left till Feb 2 of next year.
I can't even take time off work to go to my own medical appointments (I have lots due to many specialists for various medical issues). Nevermind if I had a kid.
There is a lot of people at my work where they have to miss their kids appointments as we can't even get days of ourselves.

BritneyandBruises: Parenting Optional (Part 59)
Correct me if I’m wrong but Britney has had to reupload videos before for whatever reason and I don’t recall her ever really giving a reason but now she just felt the need to tell ppl it was a nip slip”. She’s really going for that pubesgate 2.0 scandal where Banessa aCcIdEnTlY showed her pubes. She’s probably hoping someone screenshotted it
Also 8 ball head gets a whole month off for Scarlett (slow clap) she has no idea how lucky she is. Hopefully he pulls his weight when it comes to taking care of the baby, the house and “the forgotten three”

Re: BritneyandBruises: Parenting Optional (Part 59)
Way personal... its interesting how different things are depending on where you live. Im in New Zealand where if you are a full time employee you get 20 days paid annual leave (eq to 4 weeks) and 5 paid days sick leave. Part time is 6% of annual earnings in holiday pay and 5 days sick leave. Annual leave rolls over on your first anniversary and sick leave is after 6 months employment. Within reason unlimited unpaid leave. We also have an amazing paid maternity/parental leave.
I work part time - and I also get 20 days paid annual leave and 10 days paid sick leave. My employer doubles sick leave if you have dependents - which is amazing! I have been in my current job 2 years and have only used 2 days paid sick leave (with 3 kids too ).
I do find that the owner/operator type businesses are far more flexible with leave than “big box/chain” type stores. Because i work part time i have the flexibility to change my days and times if my kids are sick or have events on at school. I am very lucky, my boss doesn’t mind what hours I work as long as my work gets done. I also have the flexibility to work from home if need be.
My husband almost died last year from a mishap during a routine surgery, he had four months off work initially, returned to work for two months, had another surgery and then another 3 months off. He has only been back at work for 2 weeks now. His work continued to pay him a combo of annual leave and sick leave, and continued to pay him sick leave when his entitlement ran out. He has worked for the same company for 15 years, owned by a husband and wife - who treat him like their own children. When he was having his second emergency surgery I had my parents, his mum and his bosses with me waiting at the hospital - thats how much the love him and were wanting to be there for us. I do not for one minute take for granted how good my husband and i have it with our bosses.

This is off-topic, but Alyssa, Britney's sister, completed her associates degree. Congratulations to her. She took out loans and plugged away at it while working full-time. She had said she didn't want to do anymore schooling but now she is reconsidering going for her batchelor's degree. Keep going Alyssa!

The paint thing was funny. They didn’t use flat paint to touch it up. That is why you can see where they painted over it. They are so stupid.

Not to defend Brittany but she also has an associates degree. Not that impressive.olemama wrote:This is off-topic, but Alyssa, Britney's sister, completed her associates degree. Hmm... this thought just popped in my head. I was looking at a photo of Harlow and noticed how much she looks like keith(Britts dad). I started thinking about how weird he seems around Britt. All I’m saying is Britney said she was touched inappropriately when she was younger, Keith is very insensitive about what he daughter went through because he was making accusations that the “haters” were the ones touched inappropriately, Alyssa doesn’t like men and Harlow looks exactly like Keith I’m not making accusations or anything, just fruit for thought

Shoot I’ve been thinking that for a while. Pure speculation. He seems like a pure manipulator so if he was guilty and did something he probably threatened them to keep him in their lives.
Again, just speculations.

BUT Harlow is not Keith’s. That’s a far reach IMO.

Honestly the pencil thing is what Brit deserves for letting Heirloom roam around unsupervised all the time.

I thought Brittany only had a certificate. From like the University of Phoenix or something. Not an associates.Avocado[31] wrote:Not to defend Brittany but she also has an associates degree. Re: BritneyandBruises: Parenting Optional (Part 59)
Also, there is a difference between someone like Ean and Drake. I think we can all agree Drake is a POS, he rarely, if ever sees his kids and he jumped immediately into another relationship and had another child. I dont agree with all the choices Ean makes (not attending Nolans appointments) but that doesnt mean he is a bad dad. He is there for his kids, he sees them and pays for them and again, not the way I would do it, but he would probably rather keep the peace where B&F are concerned than make a big stink and risk seeing his kids. I am sure it has got to suck also knowing your ex could at any moment blast you all over social media and you really have no way to defend yourself without also looking like a bad guy. (Think of Drakes video, sure, we all loved the drama but really it just opened him up to more criticism)LilSeb1010 wrote: ↑Mon Jan 28, 2019 9:33 am Tbh the endless speculation about what Ean is or isn’t doing is just tired. We don’t know his side of the story and we probably never will. The last time we heard anything from Ean was almost a year ago, and even then it was via a video that was for Britney’s channel, that Britney edited, so not exactly an unbiased take.
If people want to say that they know he’s a shitty parent because of what little his ex chooses to say and post about him, that’s their prerogative. I don’t think Ean’s a saint but I sure as hell am not going to jump to the wild conclusions some people on here have.
Ean is atleast smart to stay out of the spotlight and let her make little passive agressive digs that make her look like a petty child. That is another reason he comes out on top, imo. I never hated Ean, never loved him either but he sure "wins" in any game of who is the better human when up against Britney lol

Re: BritneyandBruises: Parenting Optional (Part 59)
Maybe he would rather save up his vacation/sick days for if, god forbid, Nolan was ever hospitalized. My work allows you to roll over vacation, so if you dont use it up one year you can the next. Maybe he does that, so if Nolan was ever really really sick he could be with him. Maybe he just doesnt see the need in going top every appointment, it isnt what I would do, but that doesnt make him a horrible parent.chloe6124 wrote: ↑Mon Jan 28, 2019 2:33 pm When I worked my accounting job years ago. We got a weeks paid vacation plus 5 sick days a year. We were allowed to use them any way we wished. The only thing was when they were gone they were gone and unpaid time was not looked kindly on. Before I had to leave that job I had four weeks paid vacation and five sick days because I worked there almost 20 years. If we had a doctors appointment or had to take a child to a appointment we could either leave for the appointment and come back then make time up during the week. Or we could just take the day off and use a vacation or sick day.
I realize that is probably uncommon but there are jobs like that. Any employer that wouldn’t let you go to a child’s appointment who is disabled is not one I would want to work for.

I mean, she’s the one that made the distasteful comment so I would say she is just as big of a creep as he is. I didn’t and won’t watch the video so I could be missing something, i am just going off the comment you made about Britney implying sex. Either way, those comments were completely inappropriate for a family vlogging channel.
