These two are complete idiots. I can’t figure out why he’s drawing out this whole house thing. Especially since they did that whole opening the door thing, now to stick a whole 7 minute ad in seems a little crazy. They ended back at his parents house so pretty sure they filmed it a while ago. I really hope this comes back to bite him.

Already a couple of comments where people aren’t happy. Wonder if they’ll block them.
That's exactly what I was thinking. I didn't watch the entire video, but they took the lazy route and probably used the cheapest paint they could find. All of the "remodels" they did for her mom were pretty half-assed. They SHOULD have bought her a new washer and dryer!

LOL at all the comments asking about the house. They are at least half of the comments now. They probably don't mind. More comments makes their engagement look better and the house comments aren't really negative.

Good grief. Its like Corbin has NO business sense. They aren't a huge channel that will survive all this "suspense" for the new house. People will get bored and move on if they don't get back to a more real time vlog.
They should be capitalizing on the viewers excitement for the new house, not posting 2 days worth of filler.

How does this dying, boring channel get Tide to sponsor them??? Don't these stupid companies see they can't even get 10k views on most videos? Why would they throw money at them to sponsor their product? I just don't get how they get any sponsorships.

And yeah, this had to have been filmed awhile ago. Corbin's hair was long and ugly. I think he's cut it since, so now it's just ugly. I can't stand the whole "shell be home any minute!!! Can we do it??" oh shut up. She probably knows about the whole thing, but we have to stage everything for the vlog. And yup, another half ass "remodel". I can't stand these people. Sad for their kid to grow up with parents that stage everything for a video for strangers on the internet. Welcome to YouTube! It's actually really sick.

i understand the delay with sponsored vlogs, bc they have to have time to get it approved and all that stuff. What i don't understand is the delay. I wonder if closing was held up like i predicted, now they are scrambling for content bc they don't really have the keys yet!

They are doing this just to get more views. They know everyone wants to see the house, so they are holding off the reveal knowing people will come back daily just to see if they've posted about the house/house tour. They know the YT game.

I don’t think they are doing it for views, I think it’s a dump and they are too embarrassed to show it until they renovate a bit, then show everyone look at our great buy!
Bet we will get a house tour of everything they own in place and then some! The hinted to broken stairs in Cal they immediately showed the house for rent! If this one was presentable they would show it then it would be vlog after vlog of renovations! But no nothing, probably was showing to dump like for entitled rich boy Corbin to show to the world!

The stairs in the inspection report were supposedly for an outside deck. That's actually a common problem in the Pacific Northwest. Untreated wood rots and warps over the years. Unless it's some massive outside staircase, that would literally take a trip to Home Depot and a few hours of work to fix.

I don't think it's going to be a total dump. If you look at the listings in Boise you can see there are some decent starter homes around $200K and I'm guessing that was their budget. The same budget in Portland would mean living in a dump nowhere close to the city.

I think they filmed all of these vids in advance on purpose to stir interest and move without having to worry about posting videos.

Oh that's so funny! They deleted a ton of comments on her stupid Instagram post ad for tide! People were saying it's the most toxic laudrty soap. And some were just leaving snarky comments. All gone. So now they're left with 8 kiss ass little comments. How do these companies not see this?

So... Charming, cosy, has so much potential. Right. We know that this was all you could afford.

I specifically remember a vlog when they talked about their requirements for a future house. No less than 2 bathrooms. No less than 3 bedrooms. And that talk was even filmed after their views had dropped significantly.

I actually do think it's a really good house for them. It's small but I think it has good natural light which makes it seem more spacious. They won't have to waste space on storage since the house has loads.

It's a great place for them. I just think it's hilarious how they aren't even addressing how they've had to adjust their requirements by A LOT.

Something is off with this house deal. That house has some unique features, the kitchen floor, no fireplace, small square footage, 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. There’s nothing in Ada County that closed recently.

It looks like they’ve been there more than just one night and they’ve bought a new washer/dryer maybe refrigerator.

Had to laugh at Kelsey explaining that they were used to living in small spaces. She just loves all the “vintage “ features!

I agree that something is off. Could they be renting it and they just lied about buying?

Well, they showed their front door and it's clearly not the same one they opened a few videos ago...it has a screen door and that one didn't, for starters.

Things I like about the house:

-it does have a decent amount of storage for its size
-some of the light fixtures are nice, although you can tell none of them are actually vintage
-June's room is big enough to fit two kids
-the floors
-the storage in the laundry room for food, since there is no room to store food in the kitchen

Potential problems;

-not enough storage for four people unless they decide to become more minimalist. They may have storage in their garage (BTW, Kelsey said there was an attached garage, but if they access it through the backyard, wouldn't it be more likely to be a detached garage?), but they have no basement (is that rare in Idaho?). I can't see where they would put a lot of toys for two kids, especially if they bring those huge cars over to their house. I could see them easily outgrowing the house in a few years.
-I don't find the house to have that much character, but that may just be my personal opinion

Overall, it's fine for a starter house, but not when I would have chosen with a family of 4+ in mind.

I absolutely wouldn't put it past them to lie and say that they bought a house when they are only renting. They just have to show the haters that they are making plenty of money.

Someone in the comments thanked them for not selling out and staying true to themselves and not getting a gigantic house like all the other youtubers. I so badly wanted to comment that that was because this was all they could afford. They totally sold out with the California house and all the furniture when the opportunity to do so on the bumps dime.
