I'm not sure what to believe. I'd like to give her the benefit of the doubt by assuming her miscarriage, pregnancy and blood disorder are/were legit. HOWEVER, I am pretty sure she is withholding and exaggerating other information.

Why did she title the week 11 video as a pregnancy vlog when she barely discussed her pregnancy and did NOT mention health restrictions or visits with her doctor or midwife? As someone previously said, it was more a family update, not a pregnancy update. She's not only ignoring people's questions or giving vague replies, but also not addressing questions and concerns in subsequent vlogs.

We don't even know for certain if she switched OBs or if she is seeing a specialist (high risk OB, hematologist, etc). Her vlog description says they are hoping for a water birth at home. Her earliest vlogs this pregnancy gave the impression that she was restricted from having a home birth. However, her later vlogs don't even mention this restriction, how or when it was lifted, or what special considerations they need to take to ensure a safe home birth. She has led us to believe her pregnancy is problematic and that she must take blood thinners her entire pregnancy. Blood thinners can lead to hemorrhaging after birth. She has a history of hemorrhaging after childbirth (with Jacenlyn). So how can viewers NOT be concerned about her having a home birth. I'm concerned, and I don't even like her.

She is very specific about her acne and morning sickness, but hasn't mentioned shots, her blood disorder or details of the SCH for weeks. She started this pregnancy with a mountain of information and questions and now is giving viewers fluff. As others have said, her vlogs this pregnancy are a polar opposite from the structured and obsessive/compulsive vlogs from her previous pregnancies.

I think she's purposely being vague to keep people coming back for more. She seems only willing to discuss her family activities. Since she knows only her pregnancy vlogs draw in viewers, she's branding all her family-update videos as pregnancy vlogs. So annoying!

Maybe she's also being vague because her pregnancy is no longer high risk, but she doesn't want people to know just yet. Maybe she's not getting shots anymore. Maybe her blood disorder was ruled too mild for treatment by a specialist or that homeopathic OB. That would explain the lifted bed rest and the home birth plan. Maybe she is too overwhelmed, as someone else suggested. Maybe she had to go on bed rest from too much stress. That would explain the deactivated Facebook page and account and minimal YT activity.

Who knows? Only Lucy knows, and she's not talking.

I am honestly over her pregnancy. And I think she is stupid for being in such a high risk pregnancy and all she thinks about is that home birth. I am truly hoping she has a hospital birth because the girl looks like crud. She doesn't look healthy at all. She is selfish in the sense of her wants and needs and not focused enough on what's good for her. Gotta have another home birth even though I am in a high risk pregnancy. Going to attempt to water birth even though I have said before it's too hard for me. She drives me nuts. End of story lol.

I bet she's faking.. The last video could have had a belly shot. She hardly has any material for each week like she doesn't have normal symptoms. Oh, besides the 'Horrible and painful outbreak of pimples all over' her JAWL that you somehow cannot see even though she isn't wearing make-up. (Weird) And the fact that she was having SEX while she was heavily heavily bleeding from a miscarriage is not only strange, sick and twisted but, God willing, a lie!
I bet she's not telling anyone the due date because she's still working hard to get pregnant again. then she'll give a faux due date and BY GOLLY she'll deliver early like the rest of em..

i dont think she is faking i just think she is really overwhelmed and maybe having an "oh shit what did i get myself in to" moment with morning sickness while taking care of the other kids. i also think she is making plenty of youtube money despite the poor quality of her new pregnancy vids so she doesnt need to go all out like before. they are still getting a ton of views, yes less than past pregnancy vlogs right away but still a high view count.

Thanks for the congrats! I found out 12/19 (faint line) and told my husband on Christmas day! He's really excited! Haven't told anyone else yet, I didn't want the holidays to be all about me. Lol. But I'm gonna keep on truckin, I ain't gonna be no Lucy in this pregnancy. Hahaha. Morning sickness isn't going to leave me bedridden!

Another theory...maybe she isn't able to afford doctors' visits/her insurance lapsed so she isn't getting medical treatment and isn't getting ultrasounds. That would explain the due date discrepancy, and if any of her viewers found out I'm sure they'd freak out for the health of her baby. Maybe she's having to go into free clinics or walk-in clinics for treatment. I don't know how they can afford all this pregnancy-related stuff anyway.

there is no way she has health insurance that is not medicaid if joel is a waiter and her job is youtube because neither one of those jobs carry benefits [or at least i have never met a waiter that got health insurance benefits] and in texas you cant go out and pay for health insurance by yourself that will cover pregnancy privately, i know this because it happened to my cousin when she accidently got pregnant. medicaid will cover anything that happens but i dont think they cover homebirth but i have not researched that although i do remember lucy saying in peysons pregnancy that she was paying her midwife fee so i assume it was not covered by insurance. are we positive joel is a waiter??

Aw congrats! I just had my baby, that's why I wasn't active much. Was in the hospital recovering! Tried to keep up with as much as I could but it was too hard to read everything lol.. We just got home a few days ago..

Joel was a waiter/server but I remember some mention of him losing his job a few months back.

I've made the assumption she's on Medicaid. Although they may pay for private insurance, given her myriad of health issues.
