Another theory...maybe she isn't able to afford doctors' visits/her insurance lapsed so she isn't getting medical treatment and isn't getting ultrasounds. That would explain the due date discrepancy, and if any of her viewers found out I'm sure they'd freak out for the health of her baby. But If he is really a waiter, the only way they could afford everything is her YT. and if she is a partner, which she is, she is getting paid.

Joel was a waiter/server but I remember some mention of him losing his job a few months back.

I've made the assumption she's on Medicaid. Although they may pay for private insurance, given her myriad of health issues.

Which would make sense why midwife birth isn't covered. I wouldn't be surprised if she was on it either along with the rest of her family. No shame in her being on it because a lot of people are. But yeah that may be why she went to her ob-gyn after years of not seeing them. So that she didn't have to pay for anything.

I don't know how they can either. Because with their birth with Peyson didn't they pay it all off like within days of having her? I feel so bad for her husband having to work his butt off to pay for her nonsense things. I am sincerely hoping she doesn't have a home birth this time around. Especially with all of her health risks she has had. She'd be stupid to have one. But that's my opinion. I wouldn't risk anything. Especially after having a chemical miscarriage/pregnancy whatever she last had.

Thanks for the congrats! I found out 12/19 (faint line) and told my husband on Christmas day! He's really excited! Haven't told anyone else yet, I didn't want the holidays to be all about me. Lol. But I'm gonna keep on truckin, I ain't gonna be no Lucy in this pregnancy. Hahaha. Morning sickness isn't going to leave me bedridden!

Aw congrats! I just had my baby, that's why I wasn't active much. Was in the hospital recovering! Tried to keep up with as much as I could but it was too hard to read everything lol.. We just got home a few days ago..

she specifically says she does not get paid by YOUTUBE which is not a lie technically because she gets paid by google adsense. she always has a way of wording things to be deceiving. on the topic of zulily i am sure most of what she buys is with credit she gets when people sign up on her link so she isnt actually paying for lots of the stuff and i would not be surprised if lots of etsy stuff was sent to her for free to promote the stores.

with most midwives you have to pay in full by the birth or within a short period of time after so that is very common, it isnt like an insurance bill for a hospital birth where it comes after the birth and you can make payments. having a chemical pregnancy has nothing to do with the safety of home birth, they are very common and home birth can be very safe for a low risk pregnancy. there is risk involved in any birth because it is simply impossible to predict what will happen but given that lucy has had two previous home births that went off without a hitch there is no reason to think it wouldnt happen again. a chemical pregnancy doesnt change that, like i said they happen all the time. what bugs me is that she is making herself out to be so high risk for dramatic effect but i think she has avoided answering too many questions or sharing many details because she wants to brush it all under the rug and go on about her way with the home birth stuff, which she would receive a ton of criticism over if she kept up this "high risk" thing!!

Even if Joel is still a waiter, they aren't necessarily limited to Medicaid with her Adsense income. They must pay a fortune to cover all those kids on insurance that isn't through an employer. (I had to look into it myself a few years ago and learned corporate coverage was cheaper for comparable coverage, at least in my state.) Although, I think she will have trouble renewing or getting new coverage with her preexisting condition (blood clotting disorder and who knows what else), unless she lies on applications.

his company could be affiliated with california in some way and it is common for companies to carry insurance from other states through loop holes to save money but as far as i know you can't just go buy insurance in any state that you want on your own........does anyone know anything about this??

it drives me crazy when youtubers put ads in the middle and end of their videos, you have to click the box and choose to do that. i do not want to be interrupted mid video so you can earn more money, i think it is greedy and annoying to watch.

I don't believe it for a second that that is all she bought for the kids and that she was "Donating" everything else they had saved.
She only wanted to show the "educational","crafty" gifts that they are getting. She probably won't even show them opening their gifts for that same reason, that they got more things.
I do believe it when she said that their family members get them EVERYTHING. because they have no money to get their kids anything. She's pathetic.
