Agree 100%. The problem is, and always has been, their “parents”. The whole situation is so sad. But, speaking as both a parent and grandparent, I would keep my kids and grands as far from them as possible.

There was a boy in my kid's class one year. Awful child. He was horrible to my kid. Then we stood there during open house and witnessed how his parents speak to him. Shortly after he went to live with his grandma and turned into a different child. While I wouldn't want mine playing with them I feel badly for them.

I agree with this entirely. The gene pool is lacking but if anyone took time to listen to them, teach them and expose them to educational experiences then that would make a world of difference.

I've said this before but they might be stupid as well as ignorant, given the shallow gene pool. There is no way of knowing, though, because no one listens to them or teaches them anything. The parents are terribly ignorant themselves. These kids really need to be in a good full-time pre-school or something.

I'm really not surprised Tugboat hasn't really talked about the YouTube disabling comments/pedophile issues. He is one. Remember he thought a 13 year old was hot enough to start dating. He choose Ass because she was still vulnerable and moldable. He could easily get her to do anything he wanted. He probably held her reputation over her head if she tried to break things off.

I remember in middle school (same age as Ashley was) there was a girl in my class that started dating a 22 year old without her parents knowledge. He had her so wrapped around his pervy little finger! She would send him pics of herself in exposing poses only because he asked. She honestly didn't think anything like that was wrong. She said he loved her and promised to marry her once she turned 18. It was later revealed that was a lie and he only said it to keep the dirty pictures coming. The dude was arrested for distributing her nudes to pornography and known pedophile websites.
Wouldn't be surprised if tylyingass was doing something similar with Ashley (maybe not to the extent of asking for nudes and them handing them over to pedos.) But something just enough that would make him a pervy man like he is today!

Has anyone watched Abducted in Plain Sight on Netflix? It's about a girl who was molested and kidnapped repeatedly by a man and the parents were completed idiots and basically just let it happen. I wondered who would be that stupid and not protect their own kids then I thought of the Gardners. They would be the kind to just let this happen. They are that stupid. They said a while ago something along the lines that things like kidnapping don't happen around them. Um.... This case did. They were all Utah Mormons (not saying Mormons are stupid.) And Ted Bundy. And Elizabeth Smart. They need to get their heads out of their asses and protect their kids. Obviously those are extreme cases but don't act like Utah is some special safe bubble.

Long story short- don't be stupid.

What makes me so sad about these girls is the general lack of awareness they appear to have on so many levels.

For instance, they approached Captain Hook with the same enthusiasm as the Princesses. It was just like, there’s a Disney character, run and hug him. Most children would hang back initially from Captain Hook, even if they hadn’t seen Peter Pan, because they would be able to tell by just looking at him that he wasn’t a friendly character.

In another example, the lady who had done Indie’s hair and make up, was showing her the contents of her bag and she just stood looking at her blankly. She was holding the little makeup set in her hands and just let it slide out of her hands while the lady was speaking to her, back into the bag - not a word of response from her, no emotion, no thanks; nothing.

They look perpetually confused. They are so used to being bossed around and told what to do, that they have no idea how to behave independently. They have no idea how to behave towards other children like Maci, because Ashley has taught them to walk all over others. In the museum the day before, there were several occasions when she told them “go get it quick”, obviously before another child could. Life just doesn’t work like that - you teach your child that if they don’t get it this time, you wait for your turn.

She praised them for waiting in line patiently for their turn to get their hair done. Why is she pointing that out to viewers - they should be able to do that. It was almost like she was bothered that they’d had to wait, but she herself was seeking praise for it.

Watching their experience at Disney has been heartbreaking. These children are dead behind the eyes. They are confused, bewildered, little girls who don’t get to enjoy even the simple things in life. They appear to be perpetually perplexed by what’s going on around them. Mum constantly screams at them “...do you love it...how much do you love it...you have to love it because I love it...if you don’t love it, I don’t love you...”; someone shoves a giant churro in their hands followed by a doughnut or cotton candy or whatever...” They are pushed forward to go hug all the characters, regardless of whether they like it or not, whilst being actively taught to exclude their little bestie, Maci. They are trailed from one restaurant to another, and don’t get any healthy drinks or snacks. When do you ever see anyone open a bottle of water and say have some of this? If they’re sleeping, they miss lunch; if they “go potty” they miss a ride”.

Is it any wonder they are emotionless and exhausted. Their brains have so much to deal with - I would imagine it’s like being spun round and around and around. It’s little wonder they appear to be dazed and disorientated all the time. My heart breaks for them

Very well said. They are absolutely little trophies to their sperm & egg donor. Being exploited daily just so the freebies can come in & the “parents” don’t have to have real jobs.
I still think this whole endometriosis/IVF treatment was a huge con perpetuated by them to go viral and make bank.

Suggestions for the future? " Boy..they opened up a little can of worms. Many responded and I enjoyed reading them. From why do they go out to eat all the time to why does Ashley screech like she does and many more. Interview the girls? That one made me laugh.
I had read that there was a way to get comments back, so maybe they are busy attempting that. I am sure PrevSteve is on the case. Need to keep the money flowing.

My sister took a summer course in Salt Lake City (University of Utah) They warned all the women that Salt Lake City has _higher_ than the national average of rape and told them to be sure to use a buddy system.
You'd think it would be safe because everyone talks about how Utah is this safe Mormon bubble. But it's not. At least not for women and young girls.

It's so typical of them not to address the disabled comments issue. Most of those affected are explaining it or ignorantly complaining about it but the gardners just pretend it's not happening as usual.

In his defence, where ever I read it he answered the first time it was asked. The problem is nobody really reads the comment section first and the same question gets asked over again. That made me think of the Scotts, people asking again how they met. He tells the viewers about the video they made about 4 months ago telling about how they met.. Looks at Jamie kinda amused and says that how they met hasn’t changed since then... that actually made me giggle. I’m sure they just get frustrated about the same questions on repeat

This is a good video. Jamie was 13 when they first met, and Skyler was 16. They both say that is a "huge" difference at that age. He doesn't even remember the meeting as she was just a kid. (They eventually are set up on a blind date years later.) There really are a few times in some of their videos when I wonder if they are throwing shade at the T&A. This is one.

The first and last would be very interesting. Lol.
