YEAH. Termites and mold if I'm remembering correctly. The termites really aren't their fault, happens to the best of us. But they could have prevented the mold in the walls if they just fixed the sprinkler system. Lol

Termites are their fault. We pre treat all of our homes for termites and keep a yearly termite contract so the house is inspected regularly. 100% her fault.

Termites are not common where I live so I don't have to have a contract or inspections. I'm on the east coast. Don't know how west coast is with them.
They are common where I am and are also common in California. You are lucky. We have to pay $3000 to treat before our slab is poured and then pay $380 yearly to keep a guarantee they won’t appear. They are very bad here. I’m on the coast also.
Wouldn't the house need to pass termite inspection in Cali. to be sold? Then yrly inspections are up to the buyer,unless the mortgage co. requires them?

Her stepdad is the bug man. I'm not sure if she's ever said what her bio dad does.
She posted a story on IG of Addie just saying what the fuck and captioned it when you forget your kid talks now. I guess she forgot quickly that Addie learned to talk while at Janells.
Is it just me, or is Jess keeping Lilia more competitive, than the rest of her kids? All we ever see her do is girl scouts, dance and schoolwork. I've yet to see her have a hobby, outside of her Ipad and listening to music. I'm not surprised it took her forever to swim and ride a bike, she hardly has time to get into it.
