It’s essentially a meal replacement “shake” .. shelf-stable dairy based fortified with vitamins, minerals, and fats, but comes in flavours like vanilla, strawberry, chocolate and are often sickly sweet. Other names are Pediasure (given to underweight/sick little ones with digestive or other issues to help them put on weight) and Ensure (often consumed by underweight elderly people at the advice of a doctor).
Very high calorie and very sweet. The extra calories won’t hurt these boys but the sugar will, especially at bedtime with no brushing. There’s also no real reason for Keren to be giving it to them instead of nutritious food , aside from laziness
