Agreed- they weren't being sneaky, and one of the nurses even referenced watching the videos of Alpine nearly taking a nose dive.

They may not have known about the first one, but past that, she was very openly filming. And given that they ask people working inside their house if they can film them, I have no doubt they'd have asked the medical staff. In the past, she's done hidden recording, but also blurs the doctors faces when she doesn't have permission to film them.

I have a feeling she photoshopped that picture just a bit. Her right waist caves a little bit too much in (otherwise she should get checked for scoliosis) and her legs cave in, in a weird spot, if you zoom in and unless she dropped a bunch of weight in the last two weeks, those are not her real legs. Plus her skin has absolutely no freckels, which she at least has on her arms.
