I’m new here, and now sure if this will work but Kernal is the perfect example of why babies shouldn’t have babies!
Everything she’s doing, the boobs, the relationship that should have ended years ago, the constant trips to visit friends..it’s normal for a 20 something to be acting this way. It’s NOT normal for a mother and father. She wasn’t ready for kids and should have stopped after King j until she was actually mature and responsible and could handle Landon and Sutton

Agreed. They weren't even babies if you compare them to ok. Kyra wasn't even legal yet when she had Levi, right? Karen was like 21/22 or something. Kk is that couple that still thinks they're in high school and Karen is denial that she has any form of mental illness or ppd because then she's like her dad. But she most definitely needs to a therapist or go in the mental institution because she's lost it.

Yeah, she's 26 by now. That's by far not too young to have a child anymore, nor is she still a baby. And she's stated that they wanted children young because that's sOoOo ThEm, so it's not even an argument. It's a matter of maturity, which both of them lack entirely.
Don't lump trash like her in with the rest of us young parents that willingly and lovingly forego a lot of our "youth" to give everything we have to the children we decided to have.

Its so funny how she kept on talking about kEtO and how she changed her lIfEsTyLe, not just her diet. Fast forward 2 weeks she’s eating like a cow. What happened to being healthy for her kids? what happened to her lifestyle?

That’s the problem with extreme dietary changes. It can only be adhered to for so long. Her goals don’t match her lifestyle either. She is thin yes but she is not fit or goals or sexy or anything. She is just thin. I hardly see any evidence of her gym time.

She said she wants to put on 5 lbs of muscle but she is still low carb. Anyone with a basic knowledge of bulking knows you need all the carbz to put on muscle. So maybe she is in her “bulking” phase now. Too bad she isn’t putting in the time to make muscle. She should rename her Instagram to @halfass

To me she could look like Megan Fox and I'd still find her ugly. Her personality is the biggest issue, she's an ugly person inside, plastic surgeries won't fix that. Girl needs some serious therapy asap imo.

I’m wondering if Daniel only helped her for those 12 weeeks. Now he wants to get on with his own life, and she definitely does NOT have the motivation to go to the gym alone without her little flirt buddy. So she gave up hoping he sees all the shit she’s eating in vlogs.. and will offer help again.

I dont think that Khoa’s mom can or wants to leave the restaurant very often. Sometimes when you own a business its hard to take vacation time. I believe Milang 100% on not taking long vacations but it is odd that K&K went on and on about how long it would be.

oh yeah i definitely believe milang as well!! I just think it’s so funny how khoa would know his own family vacations usually only last 3 days so them bragging about being gone for 12 days was extremely ridiculous
