If Nonnie has the appartment they don’t have a nanny. Bonnie quit her job they will make her take kids all the time while they live at the apartment I mean work.

A whole ass apartment for her and Khoa's office space. I bet Nonnie is pissed. They could put Nonnie in that apartment, let her retire in peace and retain some of her independence and privacy, and they could use the space in their own home for their hobby of the week. But no, can't let the live-in nanny/chef/enabler leave. My priority is making my mom's life easier, especially as she ages. I can't imagine doing her like that.

Also this new face she makes is really unbecoming.

Kernel could care less about how she makes her subs feel or how she looks acting like buying an apartment and fully furnishing it on the same day is nothing. They need a wake up call seriously, I could never live like her and not give back somehow. They apparently have so muuuch money and it’s going to waste. Yeah I get buying nice things here and there but damn she acts like it’s totally normal to just say “oh I want an office” and boom! It’s done the next day. I’d feel bad if I were her and I read this but honestly, even if she does read it I know she’d give two shits. She’s so selfish and now khoa is falling into that too. They act like they are so much better than everyone else, I actually feel sorry for them. They are the most classless and ungrateful humans I’ve ever came across.

This girl is trying to do everything all at once and trust me I never wish ill upon anyone but I hope everything blows up in her face. No one wants to hear her crackle like a witch on a podcast or talking about nothing because let’s be real, kernel has no insight or depth about what life is about or anything for that matter. She’s lost it. They act like they deserve everything that’s been handed to them, when in reality they know nothing about hard work. It blows my mind that they haven’t taken Jackson (and Landon) to the doctor. If my daughter spiked a fever after a trip out of the country and that many bug bites I’d take her in a heartbeat.

That apartment is listed for at least $1,900 (and as much as $2,500 if it is one of the nicer ones which im going to assume it is since it has a balcony). That is insane. If you want to get an apartment to work in because its "cheaper" than whatever but getting one that is listed as a luxury apartment with all these extra amenities that you'll never use since it is just an office space is ridiculous.
