Susan was a problem. She was the lead rule breaker bringing others to do the same. I was entertained reading her posts most the time until she took it too far.
The problem here often is that Aaryn has a history of racism, which is a very complex and sensitive topic. All of us have strong feelings associated with it. I may be white but not my whole family is and my daughter is mixed race so even for me it is personal. I agree with you though, us morally lecturing each other gets us nowhere. We aren’t going to change each other’s deeply held beliefs.
We need to do better and just keeping it more on Aaryn gossip. It would help if she’d do something more interesting than a cleaning routine

Oh I am white and I definitely have a problem with her racist and homophobic comments. I watched her on the live feeds so I know exactly how nasty she is. I just always keep me in mind I’m only responsible for my actions and what I feel may be out of hand others may not. I’m definitely not here to babysit anyone. Susan was not a problem for me. Nobody is in this forum. I don’t take it as serious as some tho.

There is such thing as a former racist. I don’t know why you don’t think it’s possible for someone to realize that believing someone is less than you because of their skin color is different is wrong.
If that’s your opinion then that is fine I guess, but have the decency to realize it is an opinion not a fact, and I’ll do the same.
Also I didn’t say I forgive her. It’s not my place to forgive her because I’m not the one she wronged.
No one said it was okay what she joked about or said. And I do know people that matter very much to me that would be hurt by the ignorant things she said, and yet still I can fathom that people can change and deserve second chances.

I don't think Aaryn has changed. You can tell she still has that nasty attitude that characterized her on BB. A couple of weeks ago she was complaining about the ENT doctor requesting that she only brings Skyla to the appointments. A doctor I believe commented on that and said something along the lines of it making the appointment easier then Aaryn came back saying that the Doc should remember that Aaryn pays her salary. That was such a bitchy response. That's just one example. She's always being nasty to Nicky boy and just recently she lost Krista's friendship. Aaryn is just one of those nasty peopls who can do no wrong in her own eyes but in reality she sucks lol
This is exactly why people give her so much shit for having a nanny. If you have someone to take care of your kids then you need to be smart about what you do during that time. Those are essentially “office hours” She should be making her videos, editing, or even taking one kid to the doctor so the nanny can watch the other. But to use it specifically to beautify and then not be on a reliable work schedule does make her lazy and just really bad at time management and prioritizing. I would imagine the sponsors who dropped her got a hint of her work ethic and the complaints were an easy way out.

Many of them probably don't even know. I found her on Youtube when I was pregnant because I was looking up birth/delivery stories. I had no clue she was on BB (or how she acted on there) until much later. Others probably share her opinions and views. Then you've got the ones who may know and think she has changed.
I don't know her personally, so I can't say for sure but I can say that I've known a few extreme racists and they just don't change.
Unfortunately we don’t know. If I’d done or said the things she did, I definitely would’ve made more of an effort to make sure I proved myself and bettered myself. I would want to leave no doubt that I’d changed.
I do remember her addressing it in a q+a or something like that and talking about how ashamed she was for how she came across and the things she said. She talked about how she’d tried to grow and had learned by seeing how her words affected others.
I don’t see how anyone could defend her behavior on BB. Her remarks were very objectively wrong.
But they were five years ago and people can and sometimes do change. I have memories of things I said/did during my school years that I still feel so ashamed about. I acted out of my own insecurity but I am a massively different person than that now. I was raised by materialist people who stereotyped people (not just races) and I was a snobby, superior feeling bitch.
Thank God for moving away and making new friends who helped me see the ugliness inside of me.
I wish Aaryn would speak out and be more open about denouncing her past errors. I think she is more concerned about leaving it in the past like it never happened though

Oh I meant when I was like 16-18. I would also say that back when she did address it she was more open. The YouTube success and probably nicks business success have brought out the worst in her and validated a lot of her bad traits. I think it would’ve been healthy for her as a person to live a normal life without all the attention and money. It might’ve humbled her for the better but we will never know. She’s a shopaholic attention hoe on steroids now

Did anybody question that Airhead has only 1 crib sheet for Adeline. She had to put it in the wash before she could put it back on. With all the shopping she does...why not buy a bunch of sheets for the crib. I don't get it. How many pairs of shoes does she buy and why. Such a waste.

I thought that was odd too because my daughter has like 5 however I believe she has more and just hasnt washed them. I noticed as she made Skyla’s bed her sheets were different. She usually has frozen themed sheets from pottery barn but not that day which makes me wonder how long shes had dirty crib sheets laying around. Wash your freakin laundru Aaryn!

I literaly had anxiety watching her clean it. I take a swipe through our playroom once every cpl months. Two garbage bags, one for trash and one for donations. All of thenlittle tiny toys she picked up that looked like they didnt even have all of the pieces, yikes. Her kids must be so overwhelmed with that crap. It just gows to show you that the huge gathering of shit they have for Christmas morning, Valentines etc is so unneeded. Easter is coming, cant wait to see all of the new toys they get.

The amount of swipe ups she's been posting is ridiculous. Must really be hurting for money. She now acts like she likes Amazon clothes for her kids but we all know that's a lie. Skyla has like 4 pairs of those mini Melissa shoes. She's so full of shit.
I have noticed that Nick looks so frazzled. He's drinking alot gained weight and looks very depressed. I'm sure they are in debt also. He seems like such a great dad. I feel bad for him. I don't think he realized what he signed up for.

Aaryn is an only child and as such grew up the center of attention in her home. She did not have to share anything, toys, a room, the affection of her parents. Most likely she did not have to accept hand-me-down clothing or toys either. I do believe she was raised as a princess. Her former work as a model was just more experience of her being center stage for looks and attention. I believe her whole world is based on looks and things, hence her weekly hair, nail and shopping habits. (I remember her planning for Skyla's birth. Her priorities were getting her lash extensions done and making sure she had at least 3 matching outfits to wear with Skyla for pics at the hospital.) I was hoping Yaya would guide Aaryn more with raising the girls after the eye opening experience she saw with her own daughter on BB15, but the extravagance of Skyla's nursery only cemented my opinion that the focus was on looks, not practicality. I follow for the train wreck, but am also hoping that Aaryn will realize she needs to change her parenting skills before the girls become more than she can control.

We know Aaryn is constantly popping Tylenols for her mysterious illnesses (i.e. adderall withdrawal and laziness) and Tara and Liza are on this bandwagon too. It’s like every other day they’re all going on about how sick they are, it’s daunting.
